Once an order is placed, If you need to cancel your order for any reason, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order before your bicycle is shipped from the warehouse. If we are unable to cancel your shipment, you will need to follow the warranty and returns policy for your bike's brand after delivery of your product. Please read your specific bike's brand policy on our Warranty and Refunds page

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders totaling $100.00 or more qualify for Free Shipping within the continental United States. This offer excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Shipments to AK, HI, and P.R. may require additional surcharges which will be calculated at checkout. Certain rural zip codes may have additional delivery charges. Most orders ship via Federal Express or UPS and arrive on your doorstep within 3-5 business days from the ship date.

Soon after you have completed checkout, we will have received your order and added it to the processing line. After your order has been fulfilled, we will send you an e-mail containing tracking information for your order. From there, it's just a short wait before your bike will be in your hands. This service may require your signature when the parcel is delivered. If you are not available at time of delivery, in most cases a card will be left for you to collect your parcel from the nearest shipping carrier location.

Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, as well as orders received after 1pm EST on weekdays, will be processed the following business day. Please note that any time stated on our website or given by customer service representatives are not guaranteed and are estimates only. We will do every effort to make sure that you receive your parcel in time, but we are not responsible for shipping delays, which can be affected by the shipping carrier, delivery destination, weather, holidays or incorrect/insufficient delivery information.

Please note:

  1. We will process your order once payment is received. Sometimes, we will need to verify your order before we process it by sending you an email or calling you. It is customer's responsibility to enter in the correct phone number and email address when completing their order.
  2. Please provide a detailed and correct delivery address and phone number so that we can deliver your order successfully. The customer will bear full responsibility and shipping cost if parcel is lost or returned to sender due to incorrect/insufficient delivery address.
  3. Once your order is placed, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change your address before your parcel is shipped out. We cannot change the delivery address once the parcel has been shipped out.
  4. Estimated transit time not guaranteed and does not include processing time. Standard processing is 1-2 business days. Handcycle processing speed depends on if item is Fast Ship or Custom.

Signature Required Shipping:

During unexpected events, such as a Pandemic or Severe Weather Event, certain regions and shipping providers may not permit or deliver your package signature required. We cannot be responsible for the varying policies of shipping providers during events such as these and it is the customer's responsibility to be present at the time of delivery.

Most E-bikes and cycles over $500 will be shipped using the signature required option, some will not be shipped using signature required option. It is the customer's responsibility to check their tracking info to determine if their bike has shipped signature required, if shipped signature required, the product must be signed for and it may NOT be left at the delivery address if the recipient is not available to sign for it.  

By placing your order with for an Electric Bicycle you agree to have the bicycle shipped with the signature required at time of delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to be present at the time of delivery. Customer may not be able to schedule a specific delivery date or time. If necessary, customer may have the option to schedule a pick-up at the shipper's pick-up location, but cannot guarantee this option. is not responsible for packages that have been left at the recipient’s door and consequently lost and/or stolen OR packages that have been returned to sender due to unsuccessful delivery attempt or if customer refuses delivery. For lost packages, we will file a lost claim with the carrier, however if they deny that claim we will not be able to make any reimbursements. If the package is returned to sender by the shipping provider due to unsuccessful delivery attempts or if customer refuses delivery, customer will have the option to have package re-shipped to their address and cost of shipping will be the customer's responsibility; or if customer does not wish to have the bike re-shipped to them, then they will be eligible for a refund minus the original shipping costs.

If your bike is being delivered "Signature Required" plan accordingly (all Electric Bikes and all bikes over $500 are shipped "Signature Required").

When you receive your shipment, ask the carrier the following questions:
1. Is it damaged? Check for holes, water stains, and tears. Check to see if package has been opened. Listen for something broken inside.
2. If your delivery doesn't check out, do the following:
If only partially damaged, accept it and note exceptions on delivery receipt.
DO NOT REFUSE SHIPMENT (aka Refuse Delivery)!
3. Write down all exceptions on both copies of the delivery receipt, and have driver sign his full name. After the driver signs, you sign also.
4. Unpack your bike box and if you have any missing parts or damaged parts email our Customer Care Team with your findings: Do not assemble your bicycle until you hear back from us regarding any missing or damaged parts.

If you refuse shipment, and have not received an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) from either or the manufacturer of your product prior to refusing shipment (aka refusing delivery), then the return policy will apply AND you will not be refunded for the original shipping costs. Note: If your bike was shipped free, the original shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund.

Handcycles: Handcycle shipment times vary significantly by product. Invacare handcycles take approximately 3-5 weeks for delivery. Most Fast Ship handcycles can be delivered within 1-3 weeks.

If your item is shipping FedEx: For residential addresses, FedEx delivers Tuesday - Saturday. For business addresses, FedEx delivers Monday - Friday. Exceptions include holidays and any weekend business closures. 

Estimated Arrival Date: Please allow 1-2 business days for processing orders.* Additionally, orders may be processed in less time depending on the time you place the order. Orders placed before 1:00p.m. EST on weekdays (not including Saturday or Sunday) will be likely processed on the same day. Shipping transit times are approximately 2-5 business days from date order is shipped. Please note the product page states the date the order will ship from the facility/store, this does not include transit time to your shipping address. And this estimated ship date does not apply to products that are pre-orders, handcycles or Rans cycles.

Each in-stock bicycle ships from the specific bicycle brand's facility located in various locations throughout the USA. Please feel free to contact us for information on a specific brand that you have interest in. 

In most cases:

Customers located on or near West Coast: will experience shipping times of approximately 2-3 business days
Customers located in Mid-West/Central: will experience shipping times of approximately 3-4 business days 
Customers on or near East Coast: will experience shipping times of approximately 4-5 business days

*All orders are shipped in the order in which they are received. While we generally expect any given order to be shipped out within 24-48 hours of fulfillment, there are cases where additional fulfillment time may be required. This would include but is not limited to: pre-orders, back-orders, custom or special orders, out of stock products, or International orders (which typically dispatch on one pre-set days per week).
