By placing an order on our site you automatically agree to the following terms and conditions:

Once an order is placed, If you need to cancel your order for any reason, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order before your bicycle is shipped from the warehouse. If we are unable to cancel your shipment, you will need to follow the warranty and returns policy for your bike's brand after delivery of your product.

Do not refuse shipment. If you refuse shipment (aka refusing delivery), then the return policy will apply AND you will not be refunded for the original shipping costs. Note: If your bike was shipped free, the original shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. 

Please note all shipping policies and procedures stated on the Shipping Policies page of our website apply to every order.

Please note that each bicycle brand we offer on JourneyBikes.com comes with its own specific warranty & refund policy. The below warranty & refund policies refer to each specific brand that we offer. Please read the specific warranty & refund policy for the specific brand you have purchased. Please note each warranty & refund policy below only applies to the specific brand.

During unexpected events, such as a Pandemic or Severe Weather Event, certain regions and shipping providers may not permit or deliver your package signature required. We cannot be responsible for the varying policies of shipping providers during events such as these and it is the customer's responsibility to be present at the time of delivery.

Not all bikes will be shipped signature required, some manufacturers/brands do not ship signature required and it is the customer's responsibility to be present at the time of delivery.

It is the customer's responsibility to keep the original bike box and packaging for at least 30-60 days after delivery of their bike to ensure if a return is needed, they will have the original packaging and box to ship the bike back in. If they select to throw away the bike box, then they will need to purchase a bike box and packaging of equal quality.

Limited Warranty & Return Policy

Return Policy
Non-Defective Items - 7 days return policy
Non-defective merchandise that is returned with a broken seal or which is returned more than seven (7) days after the purchase/receipt date will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Non-defective merchandise that is unopened with the seal intact and which is returned within seven (7) days from the date of purchase/receipt qualifies for a full refund.

In all return cases, buyers are responsible for costs associated with return freight/shipping. Any refund will not include a refund of original freight/shipping costs.

All refunds will be issued in the same form in which original payment was made, except cash payments. Cash payment refunds will be issued in the form of a check.

Defective Items - 30 days Manufacture Limited Warranty
In the event that a defective can be repaired with replacement parts, Asa will supply replacement parts at no cost to the customer within 30 days of purchase. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, or any defects, malfunctions, or failures that result from abuse, neglect, improper assembly, improper maintenance, overloading past specified load limit, alterations (i.e. cutting, spreading, drilling, welding, etc.), collisions, accidents, or misuse. However, customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returned items. Please contact JourneyBikes.com customer service about defective items.

RMA number required for all returns:
All returns must be authorized by JourneyBikes.com prior to the return of any merchandise. The customer must notify JourneyBikes.com Customer Service of defects in order for any return to be authorized. Upon notification, JourneyBikes.com will supply an RMA number (return authorization number) if applicable. RMA numbers are valid for up to ten (10) days after issuance. Each returned item must include an RMA number and returned within ten (10) days. Items returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.

For returns that are authorized, customers will receive shipping instructions, a shipping label and an RMA number.

For better service, please have the following information on hand when emailing or calling JourneyBikes.com Customer Service: invoice number, model number, the date of purchase, your phone number and a detailed explanation of the problem.

To request an RMA number, call JourneyBikes.com Customer Service by dialing (727-474-1233) or send an email to info@journeybikes.com. If calling after hours or if Customer Service is not available, leave a detailed message with your contact information to ensure that your request meets the RMA number request deadline.

Unless otherwise agreed upon, this return policy applies to all retail transactions made through JourneyBikes.com. Actual colors of the bicycle may vary slightly from the photos due to different monitor settings/calibrations. We cannot guarantee every computer monitor will accurately depict the actual color of the bicycle.

All returned products must be returned in the original packaging/box. If the original packaging/box is no longer available, contact JourneyBikes.com Customer Service regarding packaging requirements for returns.

For any return, all parts, pieces, documentation and tools included in the original package must be returned.

MICARGI

Micargi Limited Warranty & Return Policy

Limited Warranty
If you order a Micargi Bicycle, Micargi Bicycles are warranted to the original purchaser by MBI Sport Inc. who offers a warranty in all parts for 1-year after the received date in all of the manufacturer defectives. Defectives can be replaced for no cost with proof of the damages and purchase. Warranty is only valid for original parts or goods from MBI Sport Inc., and it will be voided once the original parts are replaced or removed.

MBI Sport Inc will replace without charge, the bicycle frame or those components that are determined to be defective under normal use and service during the applicable warranty period. MBI Sport Inc warranties do not apply to any unit that has been abused, misused, altered by component parts substitutions, customized or used for rental or other commercial uses. Unless otherwise provided, the sole remedy under this MBI Sport Inc warranty or any implied warranty is limited to the replacement of defective parts with those of equal or greater value at the sole discretion of the manufacturer. Transportation costs and labor charges incurred in the replacement of bicycle component parts are not covered by this warranty.

The following exclusion applies to all Micargi models: This warranty does not apply to any unit that has been used for stunt riding or any kind of racing. Bicycle motocross, dirt or off-road activities are not covered. The manufacturer does not warranty frames, forks or parts damaged from use, misuse, crashing, accidents, racing, jumping, stunt riding, improper maintenance, or neglect etc. Any scratches or dents to frame wheels, fenders, forks, or any other parts are not covered in this warranty. Any damage to the threads of pedals, cranks, stem, seat, seat post clamp, and front or rear wheel axles are not covered. We do not cover rips in seat materials, damage to grips, nor flat tires or damaged tubes. MBI Sport Inc does not cover gear or brake adjustments, nor any alteration made or aftermarket part installed on a bicycle by the customer. We do not warranty wear and tear to bicycles, tires or any components. MBI Sport Inc does not warranty any damage as a result of any kind of bike accident or from dropping the bicycle. MBI Sport Inc. is not held responsible for any safety or hazardous incidents due to the incorporation of substitution.

Warranty only applies to bicycles that have been professionally assembled. Please submit your proof of professional assembly within 20 days after your bicycle is delivered.

Three Easy Steps to Activation:
1. Arrange for your bike to be professionally assembled by an authorized bicycle mechanic.
2. Upon completion of assembly, ask the builder to provide proof of a professional build. This can be in the form of a receipt.
3. Send JourneyBikes.com a copy (digital) of the proof of assembly document and your Journey Bikes order# to info@journeybikes.com.

What the 1-year warranty DOESN’T cover:
a. Normal Wear and tear
b. Improper assembly
c. Improper maintenance, including follow-up maintenance
d. Damage or failed use due to accidents, misuse, neglect, or abuse
e. Installation of components, parts or accessories not originally used for or compatible with the bicycle as sold.

Shipping Policy:
Any damage caused during shipping will be submitted a claim to the shipping company. No replacement bike will be shipped until the legitimacy is confirmed. Pictures or video clips of the damage parts are required as proof before the replacement parts or bikes are shipped. We will require pictures of the damage parts in order to make replacements. If major damages occur during shipping, please take pictures and contact info@journeybikes.com immediately. Have the shipping provider (UPS, FedEx, etc.) inspect the item and note the damage on shipping ticket. After MBI Sport Inc. receives the damaged bikes or parts, the replacements will be shipped. Please note: Additional fee may be charged for shipping fees or replacement parts.

Return Policy:
All Sales are Final. No refunds, exchanges or returns for buyer's remorse. If you have received authorization to return your bicycle due to dissatisfaction, product must be in a brand new, unused condition and refund will be given less shipping costs and a 80% re-stocking fee. For merchandise returned without first receiving a manufacturer's authorization or from dissatisfaction, only 80% of the total amount will be credited back to you. However, the freight and handling fees will not the refunded. For oversized bikes, an additional $5 fee might be applied for special RE-Pack. Actual colors of the bicycle may vary slightly from the photos due to different monitor settings/calibrations. We cannot guarantee every computer monitor will accurately depict the actual color of the bicycle.

6KU Limited Warranty & Return Policy

 

Limited Warranty:
OUR WARRANTY POLICY
The specific warranty covering your 6KU bicycle is governed by the law of the state or country in which it was purchased, and applies only to bicycles purchased from Authorized 6KU Retailers or directly from 6KU.

FRAMES AND FORKS:
6KU frames are warranted by Aventon Bikes, 18457 Railroad St, Industry, CA 91748 against manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship for the lifetime of the original owner.

COMPONENTS:
All other components, frame fixtures and finishes (paint and decals) are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original retail purchase. Forks (other than those made by 6KU) are not covered by this limited warranty, but are separately covered by the stated warranty of their manufacturer.

TERMS OF LIMITED WARRANTY:
This limited warranty is not meant to suggest or imply that the bicycle cannot be broken or will last forever. It does mean that the bicycle is covered subject to the terms of the limited warranty.

This limited warranty applies only to the original owner of an 6KU bicycle and is not transferable to subsequent owners. This limited warranty is void if the bicycle is subjected to abuse, neglect, improper repair, improper maintenance, alteration, modification, an accident or other abnormal, excessive, or improper use.

This limited warranty applies only to bicycles purchased in fully assembled and adjusted condition from Authorized 6KU Retailers or other outlets specifically authorized by 6KU to distribute 6KU bicycles. Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, including the results of fatigue, is not covered. Fatigue damage is a symptom of the frame being worn out through normal use. It is one kind of normal wear and tear, and it is the owner’s responsibility to inspect his/her bicycle. Damage resulting from improper assembly or maintenance, or from installation of parts and accessories not compatible with the 6KU bicycle, is not covered.

All labor charges for warranty service are the responsibility of the bicycle’s owner. In the event that the processing of a warranty claim requires shipping, any such shipping charges are the responsibility of the bicycle's owner. During the duration of this limited warranty, 6KU will either repair any defective frame or component, or, at our option, replace any defective frame or component with the same or most nearly comparable model or component then available.

THIS IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDER THIS WARRANTY. ANY AND ALL OTHER REMEDIES AND DAMAGES THAT MAY OTHERWISE BE APPLICABLE ARE EXCLUDED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

THIS IS THE ONLY WARRANTY MADE BY AVENTON ON ITS FRAMES AND COMPONENTS, AND THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION HEREIN. ANY WARRANTIES THAT MAY OTHERWISE BE IMPLIED BY LAW INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE EXCLUDED.

This Limited Warranty gives the consumer specific legal rights. The consumer may also have other legal rights which vary from state to state or country to country. Some states and countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or warranties, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. If it is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction that a certain provision of this limited warranty does not apply, such determination shall not affect any other provision of this limited warranty and all other provisions shall remain in effect.

1. Build your bicycle yourself or arrange for your bike to be professionally assembled. More often than not, your local bike builder or bike shop is happy to perform this for a reasonable fee.
2. Upon completion of assembly, ask the builder to provide proof of a professional build (when applicable). This can be in the form of a receipt.
3. Once you've built your bike, write down your bike’s unique serial number in your registration card for quick reference anytime you need to give us a call. You can find your unique Registration Card in your Starter Bag. Send JourneyBikes.com a copy (physical or digital) of the proof of assembly document (as applicable) and the registration card information.

Registering your 6KU bike is fast and easy! Registering your bike activates your warranty as well as other awesome perks. Our Customer Service Team will be able to assist you much faster when your bike is registered and you’ll also be one of the first people to receive updates and information on new products, giveaways and more!

HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM
If you believe your 6KU has a warranty issue, your first point of contact should be your 6KU retailer where you purchased your frame or bike. Please contact Journey Bikes at info@journeybikes.com and we will help facilitate the claim with 6KU on your behalf.

Return Policy:

BICYCLE FRAME
State Bicycle Co. offers a five-year warranty against manufacturer's defects on all bicycle frames and forks.

Warranty is only valid for original purchase and is non-transferable.
Manufacturer defects do not include damage resulting from improper use or lack of maintenance.
Five-year warranty excludes Essor USA brand carbon fiber forks (which carry a two-year warranty against manufacturer's defects).

NON-CONSUMABLE PARTS
State Bicycle Co. offers a one-year warranty against manufacturer's defects on all non-consumable parts/accessories:
Tires, Carbon fiber fork, Crank set, Seat posts, Wheels, hubs, spokes, Handlebars, Stems, Pedals, Saddles

Wear and tear on the following parts/accessories are NOT covered under any type of warranty:
Tires, Tubes, Bar tape, Grips, Saddle Paint, Chains

HOW TO ACTIVATE YOUR BICYCLE WARRANTY
YOUR WARRANTY WILL ONLY BE ACTIVATED AFTER STATE BICYCLE CO. HAS RECEIVED YOUR PROOF OF PROFESSIONAL ASSEMBLY. Doing so ensures the safest and most optimized riding experience possible with your new bike. They must receive your warranty card and proof of a professional build within 30 days of you receiving your bike. Trust us when we say that activating your warranty will give you serious peace of mind in knowing your bike is safe, tuned up and built to your unique comfort level.

Please note: State Bicycle Co. will only have your bike serial number on file if you register it with them. Your serial number is engraved on the under-side of the bottom bracket shell on each frame.

State Bicycle Co. reserves the right to request photographs of the damage and may only replace the damaged parts rather than the complete bicycle. State Bicycle Co. also reserves the right to issue a store credit at any time for warranty claims we are unable to satisfy based on current production or for any other reason. Additionally, State Bicycle Co. is not responsible for any labor charges or fees related to warranty claims.

General Policy:
If you wish to return your purchased item, you may do so within 7 days of delivery. All returned items must be in unused, brand new condition. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping as well as a 15% re-stocking fee. Actual colors of the bicycle may vary slightly from the photos due to different monitor settings/calibrations. Beyond the first 7 days of receiving your order, all products are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. If a returned item is received to State Bicycle damaged due to negligent packaging or re-packaging by the customer, we will be unable to issue a refund. The best thing to do is contact Journey Bikes customer support at info@journeybikes.com and explain your situation. Let's resolve this together.

Cancelled Orders:
Any orders canceled prior to shipment may be subject to a 5% order cancellation fee.

Joulvert Warranty & Return Policy:

TERMS OF REPLACEMENTS, REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS AND WARRANTY:

Replacements will be issued when a product is delivered and there is a malfunction with the operation which is unable to be solved by way of replacement parts or advice.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATION: If you cancel before shipment is out there will be just 3% fee to cover the MC/VISA/AMEX charge. If shipment left out warehouse and arrived defective we will send a replacement and a shipping slip to return defective item to us for an exchange. There are NO RETURNS for bikes used, shipped to BM and/or bikes that HAVE BEEN ON THE PLAYA. We apologize in advance for any mishap that can occur during transport but please understand that once the bike have dust on it we can no longer accept a return and will only offer a repair if needed. We do not rent or sell used bikes. We understand that many of you are buying the bike especially for BM but as we sell bikes and not renting them, we can only offer a repair or troubleshoot for bikes opened on the playa. If the item is OK but you would still like to return it then we hold a 15% restocking fee + return shipping. The reason we charge restocking fee is because we actually unbox the bike and take the time to check each bike before shipping out, therefore minimizing chances to any factory mishaps. It is the buyers responsibility to return the goods to us, so please ensure you repackage the goods efficiently and take out courier insurance if returning by courier. We can also arrange the carriage back for you, but this is at a cost to yourselves, again unless any defect issue which in this case buyer is not responsible for any additional costs . There are no returns on charger and batteries unless defective on arrival.

DELIVERY: Delivery is usually in 7 working days on all stock items, however, please allow up to 10 working days, we will notify you if the delivery is going to take longer than this. Assistance can be offered if you do not feel confident with assembly of any of our products. Most Bikes arrive 90-95% ready to ride with just the need to straighten the handle bars and fit the pedals. We will accept no liability for incorrect fitting here by our customers.

DAMAGED GOODS: Please check the delivery for damages before signing for the item in good condition. If you do sign as damaged please notify us immediately.

WARRANTY TERMS: We are 100% committed to customer service so therefore we offer a 1 year warranty period, this period can vary from model to model and is stated clearly next to each product, subject to certain conditions, set out below. Feel free to contact with any questions before purchasing.

WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER: Damaged Plastic parts and wear and tear on brake pads, tires, or damage to any part of the product due to abuse or misuse. Labour that occurs outside of our facility. Parts damaged by accidents, neglect, misuse, abuse. Damage caused by a non-covered part or by any part not purchased from our facility. Products that have NOT been regularly checked and serviced as highlighted in conditions. We have the right to determine what damage is due to defective materials and what is due to product abuse or misuse. However the buyer has full rights to use a 3rd party to examine the fault, so therefore not to be made reliant on our individual companies’ opinion.

FAULTS: Faults must be reported as soon as reasonably possible by email. We will assess the problem and try to rectify without the need for you to send the product back to us to help save time. We will send out a replacement part, if possible, to be fitted by yourselves with guidance from us. If the problem is found to be due to neglect or not covered under the warranty then we will fix the problem but there will be a cost. You also have full rights to get a 3rd party opinion on whether the fault is covered by the warranty or not, if you do not except our assessment and associated costs.

CONDITIONS: Upon purchase of all products, they must be thoroughly checked to ensure that no nuts or bolts have become loose or dropped out in transit. The same check should be carried out prior to each ride of the product, thus ensuring long-term durability. We advise that all products are ridden with adequate safety clothing ie; helmets etc. Products must be ridden in a responsible manner and must not be abused for the warranty to be valid. These are on-road vehicles and should be ridden with due care and attention for your own safety and that of the public.

DISCLAIMER STATEMENT: Joulvert LLC will take no liability for losses that were not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was formed and for losses that were not caused by any breach on our part. By purchasing our products you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions set out Nothing in these terms will reduce your rights relating to cancellation, faulty or misdescribed goods. Joulvert llc and/or its owners and employees are not and will not be responsible nor liable for any bodily/physical damage or injury resulting or connected to our products. Joulvert LLC will not be liable for any property damage arising or connected to usage of any product sold on our website or site. The client is using the product on his sole responsibly and is required to drive according to all laws and regulations including federal and state laws. It is recommend to always proper insurances and covers for rider and third party.

POPULO Warranty & Return Policy

POPULO Warranty Policy:

Journey Bikes is an authorized dealer of Populo Bicycles.

TWO YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Populo Bikes warrants that all new Populo electric bicycles and main components therein sold by an authorized Populo Bikes retailer are warranted to the original retail purchaser against manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship for all electrical components for a period of two (2) years from the date of original retail purchase. There is also a limited lifetime warranty on the frame.

This warranty pertains to any of the essential electric bicycle components that are found defective provided that the product was used in a standard and controlled manner, and that it was maintained according to the manufacturer’s instructions manual. Essential components include the bicycle frame, electric motor, battery, display console and controller.

If a defective part is found during the warranty period and the customer notifies us immediately, the seller will repair or replace the part based on his sole discretion. This warranty will be void if any repair or change is performed by any third party aside from an authorized dealer or service center.

It is expressly agreed that this warranty applies only to the cost of repair or replacement of the product and its accessories and the seller is not liable for any financial loss and / or prevention of profit and / or any consequential loss that may be caused by non-standard usage of the product. We hereby inform the buyer that Populo Bikes and/or Journey Bikes LLC is not responsible for any liability that may occur which could possibly apply to the product and / or its user due to the usage of the product and that the customer alone is solely responsible for third party insurance and / or other insurance as required by the nature of the particular product. The seller is not responsible for any possible damage including bodily harm and damage to property. The warranty does not apply if any part of the product is damaged as a result of negligence, an accident, or inadequate maintenance.

As mentioned above this warranty does not apply to the tire, spokes, brakes, rims, and other mechanical components of the bicycle.

POPULO Return Policy:

Populo Bikes believes in the quality of our products and wants you to shop with confidence. You may return any item in new and unused condition within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping charges. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the recipient, unless Populo made a shipping error. We will issue a refund using the same payment method you used originally. Please contact info@journeybikes.com to request a return.

In general, Addmotor will send customer replacement parts and guide the customer through the resolution process.

Every electric bike is covered under a ONE year warranty for the original owner against all manufacturing defects in material or workmanship. Warranty parts will only be shipped within the continental United States and Hawaii.

Addmotor e-bikes limited 1 year warranty includes:

  • electrical parts: motor, controller, LCD display
  • mechanical parts: forks, handlebar, stem, headset, seat post, saddle, brakes, lights, bottom bracket, crankset, pedals, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, shifter, throttle, wiring harness, kickstand, reflectors, hardware.

Replacement parts will only be shipped to the original shipping address's country even if the original owner has taken residency in another country.

What Addmotor will do to correct the problem with your e-bike?

  • If a component is deemed defective or damaged prior to the owner's usage (including damages from shipping), Addmotor will issue a replacement part. In addition Addmotor will assist to replace any defective part(s).
  • Addmotor will provide the original owner a replacement product if the product cannot be repaired after a reasonable number of tries as determined by Addmotor.

Warranty Exclusion:

  • wear and tear are not covered under warranty for components.
  • The battery warranty does not include damage from power surges, use of an improper charger, improper maintenance or misusages, normal wear, upkeep (refer to the manual), or water damage.
  • Warranty does not cover damage resulting from omitted or incorrect adjustment(s) or worn components.

What Addmotor Will Not Do?

  • Addmotor will not replace any parts without first seeing photos or videos of the damaged part.
  • Addmotor will not offer warranty service to second owners.
  • Addmotor will not replace damaged parts caused by the user.
  • Addmotor will not pay for any third-party service or part replacement unless agreed upon prior to any services.
  • Addmotor will not cover any damage that may occur during shipping if the owner sets up their own shipping option or if the bike is shipped using a freight forwarder or similar service.

Terms of Warranty

  • This warranty only applies to the original owner of an Addmotor Electric Bike. Only in extreme cases will an entire replacement bike be issued. In these cases, the original bike must be shipped to the Addmotor E-bike facility for inspection/repairs before a new bike is sent out.
  • If repairs can be done, a new bike will not be sent.
  • The warranty does not cover accessories or parts installation that are not originally intended or compatible with the e-bike. Any problems caused by the rider's usage, water damage, extreme riding, stunt riding, or improper follow-up maintenance are not covered by the warranty.
  • This warranty does not include consumables or normal wear and tear parts (tires, tubes, brake pads, cables and housing, grips, chains, spokes).
  • In no event shall Addmotor be responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages, including without limitation, accident, damages for personal injury, property damage, or economic losses, whether based on contract, warranty, negligence, or product liability in connection with their products.

Claims

  • All claims to this warranty must be made through Addmotor. Proof of purchase may be required with any warranty request. Before making a warranty claim, contact info@journeybikes.com. 
  • Valid warranty claims will be processed through Addmotor Bikes within one year of initial purchase. Warranty claims may be submitted to support@addmotor.com.

Shipping Damage Claims

  • Upon receiving your bike, IMMEDIATELY inspect your product(s) for damage. Freight damage claims are extremely time sensitive. We will not accept freight damage claims later than 30 days from receipt of product.
  • Note any damage to your product(s) on the Bill of Lading before you and the driver sign-off on the shipment.
  • Take pictures of any damage that is found, and date the images if possible.
  • Keep all packaging and paperwork until the inspection process is complete.
  • Report damage claims within 10 days of delivery to info@journeybikes.com or an Addmotor customer service representative. You can contact Addmotor technical support team for return/replacement instructions at support@addmotor.com or (213) 785-2838.

    ADDMOTOR Return Policy:

    Addmotor takes responsibility to provide goods in good shape and functionality. Customer must open and check the product(s) upon receipt of delivery. In case of quality issues, customer must inform Addmotor in order to receive help to solve the problem.

    Please first email info@journeybikes.com or call 727-474-1233 so that we can assist you in this process. Customer is required to send pictures as evidence of the faulty goods. Addmotor will inspect the goods and email customer the notification of the results of the inspection. If approved, Addmotor will refund or replace the faulty goods. In general Addmotor will send replacement parts to the customer and guide the customer through the resolution process. Only when the bike has severe damages which cannot be fixed, the customer can apply for a refund to return the product. Addmotor does not allow return because of buyer's remorse and/or if the customer’s body/height/weight is not appropriate for using the product.

    Addmotor allows customers to return the purchased item for a period of 14 days from the date of purchase. All Addmotor electric bikes will be unreturnable after 14 days of receiving the bike.

    If a return has been approved by Addmotor, the customer is solely responsible for returning the item in its original packaging and original condition (new, unaltered and unused) to Addmotor to the mutually agreeable return location determined when the customer processes the return. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

    • less than 10 miles on the odometer
    • no major scratches or paint chips. Any attempt to hide scratches and chips will result in refund deduction.
    • without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
    • must not be a special order or a custom order
    • unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 14 days noted in that item's particular item description.
    • Depending upon the bike's condition, a restocking fee of 10% - 30% will be charged.
    • Customer will need to pay for the shipping fee back to Addmotor's facility.

    Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

    Customer is solely responsible for all shipping and handling charges (including original shipping costs) and customer will be charged a 10% - 30% restocking fee upon Addmotor's receipt of the item. Addmotor will not issue a credit until it is in possession of the returned item. For customer's protection we recommend all returns be sent via UPS, Federal Express, DHL or other courier that issues a tracking number. The customer is responsible for damage or loss during return shipping.

    Why Shipping Fees? Even though you’re giving us back an item that we can resell, the shipping itself is a service that the carrier (UPS, FedEx, or a freight company) has performed and can never get back. Even if an item had “Free Shipping”, that didn’t mean that for your particular item (and generally, “Free shipping” is for the larger items) it cost UPS nothing in gas or manpower to get it to its destination. It means that, out of loyalty to our customers, WE covered that shipping fee. So when a customer returns an item, the amount we paid still has to get deducted.

    AmericanElectric Warranty Policy:

    Journey Bikes is an authorized dealer of AmericanElectric Bicycles.

    AmericanElectric supports its products in time of distress. We understand problems occur, and solutions are required, that is why they offer Premium Warranty for all of AmericanElectric products. JourneyBikes.com is an authorized dealer of AmericanElectric and the following warranty will apply.

    AmericanElectric offers a full 1-year even-trade warranty on defective batteries, a 2-year factory warranty on electrical, controller, and frame, and a 4-year warranty on the motor. They also offer a 30-day manufacturer’s warranty on certain parts, such as: pedals, cranks, bulbs, mirrors, alarm system, etc.

    Please note the AmericanElectric Raven comes with different warranty terms, warranty is as follows: 

    1 YEAR ON THE FRAME
    1 YEAR ON THE MOTOR
    1 YEAR ON THE BATTERY
    1 YEAR ON THE DRIVE TRAIN

    This warranty is effective the day the product is delivered, and it applies to factory defects and defaults only. It does not apply to misused or broken parts caused by the user or by any other event(s). AmericanElectric will pay for standard shipping service costs on the first warranty shipment only. Customer must pay shipping costs for any additional warranty parts. Original purchase receipt is required.

    If any battery should become faulty within the specified warranty period, AmericanElectric will replace the battery free of charge. Please return defective batteries to AmericanElectric.

    AmericanElectric does not pay shipping fees for incoming batteries, however they will pay to ship replacements battery to you.

    AmericanElectric does not offer this warranty on products purchased from second hand sellers, non-authorized AmericanElectric dealers, products purchased used, products purchased via outlet centers, etc. On the other hand, if parts are needed, they are available at retail price at AmericanElectric.

    1. SHIPPING DAMAGE: Should your item arrive with damage that is a direct result of the assigned shipping carrier’s mishandling, AmericanElectric will replace those damaged parts free of charge under warranty, as long as the damage is reported immediately after delivery. (Damage reported after 3 business days, are consider not valid). In the event that the damage is determined to be extensive (digital photos may be required), AmericanElectric may arrange to pick up and replace the item free of charge.
    2. TIRES, TUBES & KICK STANDS: The warranty does not apply to these items unless they are damaged as a result of shipping.

    NAKTO Warranty Policy:

    Every NAKTO EBIKE is covered under Nakto's manufacturer's one year warranty for the original owner against all manufacturing defects. Warranty part will only be shipped within USA, if you purchased an ebike and had it then shipped to another country, parts will only be sent to the country in which the bike was originally sent. NAKTO warrants this product, including all individual components against defects in material or workmanship as follows:

    NAKTO ELECTRIC BIKES LIMITED 1 YEAR WARRANTY

    NAKTO’ bicycle components including main parts including: motor, battery, controller, throttle, brake and PAS system. They are warranted to be free from manufacturer defects in materials and/or workmanship for a 1 year period from the date of original purchase.

    WHAT WILL NAKTO DO TO CORRECT PROBLEMS WITH YOUR BIKE?

    YOU MAY RETURN YOUR PURCHASE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY FOR A FULL REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE, MINUS THE SHIPPING AND HANDLING TO AND FROM AND A RESTOCKING FEE OF 15%-35% BASED ON THE CONDITION OF THE RETURNED ITEM.

    Please contact Journey Bikes to request a return by emailing us at info@journeybikes.com and we will assist you in obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form for completion. Returns will not be accepted without a completed form which will require photos/videos and documentation from a certified service mechanic. Once you have completed and submitted the R.M.A form, you will receive a confirmation email within 2 business days. You will then receive a return label with a R.M.A number and shipping label. You must return the merchandise within 5 business days of receiving the R.M.A. It is your financial responsibility to return the item to the address specified.

    Shipping collect and COD packages will not be accepted.
    If you do not have the original packaging, manuals, or the item is slightly used we will not accept the merchandise; you will be subject to the restocking fee that is based on the condition. We do not accept any return vehicle that has any sustained damages while in the customers possession.

    *15% restocking fee is applied to new, unused vehicles.
    * 25% - 35% restocking fee may be applied according to the condition of used vehicles.

    *If the NAKTO ebike does not have any quality problems, the customer will pay for returning shipping charge $150 (will be withheld from refund).

    *If the NAKTO ebike does not have any quality problems, the customer will pay up to a 20-35% restocking fee depend on the condition when we received the return. (will be withheld from refund)

    *But when the NAKTO ebike does have a quality problem, Nakto will help to solve all problems according to the 1 year warranty service. 

    *This guarantee will not warrant returns on items that are damaged, have had alterations of any kind, or have been used or maintained in a way that is not recommended by the manufacturer.

    * If you have received your vehicle for more than 7 calendar days and it has been in use, you will not be eligible for return, refund or replacement. You can send the vehicle or parts to Nakto at your own expense; Nakto will repair it and send it back to you at your cost.

    * In order to keep you completely satisfied and maintain rock bottom prices, our shipping expenses are neither refundable nor reimbursed for any reason. This includes all freight charges: the first shipment and return. Original freight expense will be deducted from your refund.

    E-JOE Warranty Policy:

    STANDARD LIMITED WARRANTY

    e-JOE warrants every new e-JOE electric bicycle and MOMAS electric scooter to be free from manufacturer defects in material and/or workmanship for the period of ONE (1) year provided that the product is used in a standard and controlled manner, and maintained according to its owner’s manual.

    This warranty is valid in the United States only and applies to the person or entity that originally purchased the product from e-JOE or its authorized dealers in the United States (not transferable to a subsequent purchaser). The warranty period commences upon the date of the original purchase. Proof of purchase from an authorized e-JOE dealer and photo/video evidence of the defect are required to receive the warranty support.

    What is covered by this warranty?

    e-JOE Bikes warrants every new e-JOE product against defects in material and/or workmanship as follows:

    Limited ONE (1) Year Components Warranty

    e-JOE electric bicycle: frame, suspension fork, stem, handlebar, headset, LCD display, seat post, saddle, brake levers, cables, bottom bracket, crankset, pedals, chain, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, calipers, shifter, brake discs/rotors, brake/shifter cables, motor, throttle, controller, wiring harness, kickstand, grips, head and tail lights, rear rack, fenders, reflectors, and hardware;

    MOMAS electric scooter: handlebars, handlebar sleeves, t-bar, stem, positioning pin, dashboard, throttle unit, brake lever, t-bar tightening lever, securing latch, ride board, charging socket, kickstand, rear wheel brake, rear wheel, motor, and hardware.

    Limited ONE (1) Year Lithium-Ion Battery Warranty

    Lithium-Ion batteries are warranted to be free from manufacturer defects in materials and/or workmanship for ONE (1) year period from the date of original purchase. The battery warranty does not include damage from power surges, use of an improper charger, improper maintenance, misuse, normal wear, or water damage.

    Limited 30 Days Full Replacement Warranty

    If an e-JOE product is not working properly because of a major manufacturer defect within the first 30 days of original purchase, e-JOE Bike will repair or replace any defective product at its sole option and expense upon determining whether the damage, failure, or loss is due to a major manufacturer defect. e-JOE will first issue replacement parts for a reasonable number of tries (as determined by e-JOE). If the product does not function properly after the parts replacement attempts, e-JOE will send a full replacement bicycle or scooter upon receipt and inspection of the original product and replacement parts.
    e-JOE reserves the right to charge 10% of the product price in case the original product is returned in a bad manner, with the insufficient protective material, not in accordance with the instructions provided by e-JOE, or shows signs of excessive use, neglect, dirt, dust. A full replacement product will be issued only after such a fee is paid in full.

    Limited 7 DAYS Shipping Damages Coverage

    e-JOE will repair or replace the parts damaged during shipping at its sole option provided that such damage is documented on the bill of lading and reported to the dealer or e-JOE within the first 7 days after delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the box and the product at the time of delivery, take pictures of any damage and keep all packaging and paperwork until the damage claim process is complete.

    What is NOT covered by this warranty?

    • e-JOE product without presented proof of purchase from an authorized e-JOE dealer AND photo/video evidence of the defect;
    • e-JOE product purchased from an unauthorized e-JOE dealer;
    • e-JOE product with an expired warranty period;
    • e-JOE product transferred to a subsequent purchaser or owner;
    • normal wear and tear (scrapes, scratches, etc.);
    • consumables (components that are subject to a short life and periodic replacement due to their functions including, but not limited to tires, tubes, brake pads, spokes, alkaline batteries, saddle covering, paint, mineral oil, and other lubricants);
    • assembly or tune-up fees;
    • costs associated with inspection, labor, packaging material, shipping of warranted products;
    • damage or defects resulting from failure to follow instructions in the owner’s manual, improper assembly, use of incompatible and non-original parts, improper maintenance, storage, and transportation, alterations, modifications, acts of God, accidents, misuse, neglect, abuse, water damage, operator’s error, commercial activities, extreme or excessive riding, and other types of non-standard use;
    • damage or defects resulting from an attempted repair unless performed by an authorized e-JOE Dealer with e-JOE’s knowledge and approval;
    • damage or defects caused by flood, lightning, earthquake, war, vandalism, theft, brownouts or sags (damage due to low voltage disturbances).
    • How to obtain warranty support?


    Step 1

    Make sure to have the following available: the original bill of sale with unexpired warranty period (proof of purchase), photo/video evidence of the defective part or product, and main product information (such as model, serial number, battery voltage, motor wattage).

    Step 2

    Read the respective manual and FAQs for troubleshooting and repair instructions. If the solution is not found, contact the authorized e-JOE Bike dealer (seller) from whom you purchased your product and report an issue. As your number one resource, the dealer shall evaluate the problem, provide instructions for troubleshooting, and make attempts at resolving it.

    Step 3

    If the issue is deemed a manufacture defect in materials and/or workmanship, fill out the warranty claim form below. e-JOE shall repair or replace parts that are found by e-JOE to be defective and covered by the limited warranty.

    If within the warranty period, identical materials are unavailable at the time of repair or replacement, e-JOE reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or better quality. Replacement products may be new or reconditioned. All products that are replaced will become the property of e-JOE and must be returned upon request. Any item repaired or replaced under these terms will be covered by the limited warranty for the remainder of the original warranty period.

    Terms of warranty published on https://ejoebike.net/warranty/ are considered current and controlling when a warranty claim is made. In no event shall e-JOE Bikes be responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages, including without limitation, damages for personal injury, property damage, or economic losses, whether based on contract, warranty, negligence, or product liability in connection with their products.

If you are not satisfied with your new e-JOE electric bike, you can request an exchange or return within 14 days of the delivery date, and we will make it right or take it back.     Order Cancellation

    Cancellation of any unshipped order is subject to a 5% restocking fee (for pre-orders and in-stock items). If the shipping company has already picked up the order, the customer is responsible for associated shipping charges and a 5% restocking fee. We cannot guarantee that your order cancellation request will reach the shipping warehouse in time to halt the shipment, so please notify us as soon as possible of your intention to cancel the order. Special or custom orders cannot be canceled or returned.

    Exchange or Return

    Unused electric bikes can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of the delivery date. First, you must contact the info@journeybikes.com and e-JOE to address concerns and request approval to start a return or exchange process. Do not ship the product without receiving written authorization from one of our representatives. If the return is shipped without written confirmation from e-JOE Bike, a refund or exchange will not be issued, and the customer will have to cover return shipping to them or forfeit the item.

    A returned product must be in its original condition, unused, unaltered, free of dirt, dust, scratches, fragrances, and carefully packed in its original packaging (box and protective material). It is the customer’s responsibility to retain the original packaging. In case it has been discarded or can no longer ensure a safe return, please, contact e-JOE. Once the return is shipped, please, notify e-JOE and provide a tracking number.

    When the return shipment is received by e-JOE, it may take 7-10 days to complete the inspection. Any returned order is subject to a 10% restocking fee and a return shipping fee. When returning parts and accessories, the customer pays shipping fees both ways. e-JOE reserves the right to deduct any additional fee estimated during the inspection if the product is returned in a bad manner, with insufficient protective material, not per the instructions provided by e-JOE, or shows signs of use, neglect, dirt, dust, scratches, etc.

    When your returned item passes our inspection and approval, you may choose to receive an exchange, store credit, or a refund. The refund is typically processed in 3-5 business days after its approval.

    Clearance/Refurbished Items – Clearance or refurbished items are sold “as is” and are not eligible for a return.

    What is NOT covered by this policy?

    • products returned without prior authorization;
    • products with an expired 14-day return period;
    • products gifted or transferred to a subsequent purchaser or owner;
    • products purchased directly from a dealer (a dealer should handle any returns);
    • products purchased from an unauthorized dealer;
    • used products;
    • costs associated with assembly, tune-up, packaging, or extra shipping fees, such as “inside delivery”, “inside pickup”, special handling, missed appointment, specific pick up date or time, etc.;

    ECOTRIC Warranty Policy:

    To make a warranty claim always keep handy the vehicle model, date of purchase, vehicle serial number as well as the order number on our website.

    Every ECOTRIC electric bicycle on our website comes with an 18 months warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship on its frame, battery, motor, controller, and display.

    This warranty applies only to the original registered owner of the ECOTRIC bicycle and is not transferable.

    This limited warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, malfunctions, or failures due to abuse, neglect, improper repair, improper maintenance, alteration, modification, damage or failure due to accident or other improper use, installation of third party components, parts, or accessories, or any products that have been modified from manufacturer’s specifications.The battery warranty does not include damage from power surges, use of improper charger, improper maintenance or other such misuse, normal wear or water damage.

    It is important that you register your new bicycle within 30 days after purchase in order to activate the warranty and provide a record of the serial number of your bike.

    Terms and Conditions of the Ecotric Warranty:

    For your reference, please refer to below comprehensive warranty:

    1. Frame – are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for entire life. Paint finish is considered consumable and is not part of the warranty.
    2. Display, Controller and Motor Assembly – are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 18 months from purchase.
    3. Original Batteries – are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 18 months from the date of purchase as follows: full replacement during the first 12 months, while replacements needed during months 13-24 are prorated as per this schedule.
    The battery is sealed and cannot be opened or fixed. The battery should not have a percentage of nominal charge retention of 60% or less. Misuse of the battery, negligence or attempt to open or repair it will void the warranty.
    4. General: The bicycle is backed up by a 18 months main warranty, certain components listed on this chart or consumables may be subject to a different period of coverage or not included in this warranty.
    5. Consumables: Components subject to wear are not covered by the warranty: Tires, inner tubes, brake lines, brake pads, basket, wheel lining tape, light bulbs, LEDS, fuses, etc.

    Exclusions: The other parts are Normal wear parts which are excluded from this warranty.

    If any parts happen to be damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately after shipment arrival. ECOTRIC will send a replacement part at their expense and will work with you to fix the issue.

    Please note that for warranty issues,the customer is responsible for the cost of labor to install warrantied components, however, we will cover the Shipping costs of warranty parts.

    If the warranty is void for any reason the customer shall bear any repair or replacement costs resulting from vehicle misuse, negligence or abuse.
    Always follow care and preventive maintenance procedures.
    Always keep receipts from any services performed to the vehicle by an authorized distributor or service center.
    The warranty will be voided by any of the following circumstances:

    1. Failure to follow all directions or recommendations listed in the user manual.
    2. Cycling collision, accident or vehicle damage caused by careless parking
    3. Acts in violation of laws
    4. Never registered your ebike
    5. DIY repairs on electronics
    6. Abusive use the bicycle in off-road terrain, mud, snow, water, sand, gravel and water
    7. If the bicycle is used as rental unit
    8. Damages caused by natural disasters such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, flooding and other hazards .
    9. Rust and/or paint fading caused to heavy exposure to rain, hail, snow or direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time.
    10. Overloading beyond recommended capacity .
    11. Damages caused by nails, needles, broken glass , debris , sharp rocks or other foreign objects .
    12. If the bicycle is used but not limited to stunts, jumping from ramps, stairs or elevated ramps.
    13. If vehicle is used in competitions or racing.
    14. If vehicle has been modified for any purposes on the motor, electrical system, suspension frame, and battery.
    15. Use of other components not approved by the manufacturer.
    16. Damages resulted from improper care and handling.

    Due to the nature of the product some components must be exclusive from the manufacturer such as but not limited to the battery, motor, main gauge cluster, controllers, Led headlights, brake drums or disc rotors and pads etc. Other components such as tires, tubes, saddle, racks, baskets may be used from market-ready or compatible products previous approval from the retailer or manufacturer.

    ECOTRIC Return Policy:

    At Ecotric, they offer a 30-Day At-Home Trial policy.

    Ecotric Electric Bicycle Return Policy allows you to return or exchange your electric bicycle once within 30 days from the date of delivery receipt for a refund or exchange. Please consult the warranty terms for deeper information on when a return is applicable. Please note that we do not accept the return of the spare parts or accessories(except battery).

    Please request a Return and Exchange Authorization. (First contact info@journeybikes.com so they can assist you with the return. We will contact ECOTRIC Support for a return label at service@ecotric.com ). Once the Return and Exchange Authorization is issued, we will email you a return label. You must print the return label and paste it on the carton when shipping back returned electric bike.

    Ship-back charge:

    a. If the unit was purchased under a free-shipping promotion there will not be refund for shipping fees however, and the customer will bear the 20% restocking fee if the return is unrelated to quality, damages or wrong item but merely for a personal and discretional last-minute decision from the buyer.

    b. If the return is accepted, Ecotric will issue a pre-paid shipping slip to you by email. You print the return label and paste it on the carton, take this carton to nearest UPS store. (If you need the pick up service, please tell us and we will arrange a return label with the pick up fee for you, but you need to pay this pick up fee.)


    The returned unit must be in like-new condition, include all original packaging, accessories and documentation, any missing components may be deducted from the total refund.

    Any shipping damage during the ship-back may incur in a deduction from the total refund. 

    Returned units are subject to a 20% inspection and restocking fee from the original purchase price.

    Refund will be issued in an average time frame of 2 -3 weeks after we receive, inspect and process the returned unit.

    If customer wants to cancel the order after the shipping label being created, customer will have to bear the shipping cost.

    Your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment. Once your refund has been processed, it will take 7 to 10 business days for your bank to process the credit and apply it to your account. Notice: the customer must have written Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Ecotric. If a customer sends a return without it a refund will not be issued and the customer will have to pay shipping to get the item returned, or, sacrifice the item.

    This allows you to try the bike at home for 30 days and if you are not happy with your new Ecotric bike, you can return it for an exchange or a refund within 30 days after receiving the bike. Before return, please make sure to contact info@journeybikes.com and/or Ecotric at service@ecotric.com to request a Return Authorization number- they have helpful suggestions if you are considering a return due to performance of the item, sizing, or for any other reason. Meanwhile, they promise that all the electric bikes their customers receive are brand new, they never sell any open-box, refurbished or clearance bikes to you, as well as batteries. If the return claim is valid the customer will receive a refund for the amount of the purchase price minus a repacking and restocking fee of 20% of original price. If you exchange ebikes, we also need to charge 20% restocking fee of original price.
    If you buy spare parts on our website, we do not accept the return of the spare parts(except battery).

    Contact their Customer Service Department at service@ecotric.com to approve the return within 30 days of delivery date. Keep in mind that an exchange for an Ecotric product better suited to your needs is also possible. After the 30-day period expires, the product cannot be returned to Ecotric.

    All returns must be repacked back into the original packaging when you send it back to Ecotric.

    Once the Return Authorization is issued, Ecotric will provide you with a return shipping label and a date when the UPS/FedEx will stop by to pick up the product.

    Once your return is received, we (Journey Bikes) will process a refund in 10 working days. Your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment.

    Once your refund has been processed, it will take 7 to 10 business days for your bank to process the credit and apply it to your account.

    Notice: the customer must have written Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Ecotric. If a customer sends a return or refuses delivery of their product without first obtaining an RMA number from Ecotric, a refund will not be issued and the customer will have to pay shipping to get the item returned, or, sacrifice the item.

    Biktrix Enterprises Inc. ( "Biktrix" ) makes the following limited Warranty:

    ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY ON MOTOR - HUB or MID DRIVE SYSTEMS

    Biktrix warrants to the original owner that this new Biktrix hybrid bicycle shall be free of defective materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original purchase in the United States or Canada and operated under normal conditions and use. During this one-year period, Biktrix shall repair or replace, at its sole option, all parts that are found by Biktrix to be defective and subject to this limited warranty. The original owner shall pay all labor charges connected with the repair or replacement of all parts. The electronic controller system is covered by a 6-month warranty, whereby accidents or consumer mistakes like shorting polarity are not covered. Warranty on the battery is for one year, or 700 charge cycles (whichever is sooner) at the end of that period, the battery is guaranteed to retain at least 70% of its original capacity.

    BIKTRIX Return Policy:

    If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a refund or exchange. · You can return your purchase for up to 15 days from the purchase date.     GenZe Warranty Policy:

    Journey Bikes is an authorized dealer of GenZe Bicycles.

    GenZe (here in after “GenZe”) warrants to the original owner of each of its New GenZe Electric Bikes (here in after “E- Bikes”), when purchased directly from GenZe that the product is complete and that the functional parts will be free of defects for the periods and under the terms indicated below.

    E-Bike Warranty:

    1. 180 days from date of delivery to the original owner for all other parts, excluding wear and tear on tires, tubes, rims, spokes, brake pads, cables, chain, freewheel, grips, and saddle.
    2. 180 days for the GenZe E-Bike battery from the date of purchase by the original owner. Like any rechargeable battery, your GenZe E- Bike’s rechargeable battery pack will experience a decrease in capacity over time as it is subjected to charge and discharge cycles. The battery warranty does not include damage from power surges, use of improper charger, water damage, improper maintenance, or such other misuse or normal wear.

    Terms and Conditions of Warranty

    1. The warranty is made to the original owner only and is non-- transferrable. It is only effective with a valid proof of purchase consisting of the original purchase document or receipt indicating the date of purchase, and the designation of the model. GenZe reserves the right to reject the coverage of this warranty if the accompanying documentation of GenZe components is not accurate or complete.
    2. The warranty becomes effective from the date of original purchase and expires at the end of the applicable warranty period.
    3. Warranty is void if the care instructions in the owner's manual (whether provided with the sale or posted on the GenZe web site), and any amendments thereto, are not followed.
    4. This warranty does not apply to rental or commercial use of the product.
    5. This warranty exclusively covers systems and components provided by GenZe. The use of spare parts from unknown sources, for example, replacement parts from third parties, isstrictly prohibited.
    6. Warranty repairs must be exclusively performed by GenZe or an authorized GenZe dealer.
    7. Return to GenZe or a GenZe authorized technical service center will be required forwarranty inspection.
    8. This warranty only covers defective materials and manufacturing defects.
    9. In the case of a warranty claim, GenZe undertakes to either repair faulty system components and/or to replace such components, at the discretion of GenZe.
    10. Upon identifying a fault with a GenZe ebike, the owner must contact the Company or a local authorized GenZe dealer to initiate the warranty process. Any component to be repaired under this warranty must be transported to the dealer at owner’s own expense and risk, and, after the completion of such repair, must be picked up at the dealer.
    11. Costs for repair work performed in advance by persons who have not been authorized by GenZe will not be reimbursed. In such a case, any warranty claim will cease and any remaining warranty period will be voided.
    12. Repair work and/or replacement of components during the warranty period does not lead to an extension and/or a new start of the warranty period. Repair work and direct replacement during the warranty period may be performed with functionally equivalent replacement components.
    13. This warranty excludes any claims as to the reimbursement of property damages, downtimes, travel expenses, lost profit or any other claims. GenZe maximum liability in connection with this warranty is limited to the purchase price of the product.

    Exclusions –Items not covered under Warranty
    1. External influences, particularly falling rocks, collision, accident and other external events with an immediate external effect due to mechanical powers.
    2. Purposeful and/or malevolent acts, theft and robbery as well as natural hazard events and/or acts of mischief. Inappropriate use, e.g. the product was exposed to liquids, chemicals of any type and/or extreme temperatures, wetness and humidity and/or if the battery suffers damages due to non-compliance with the special instructions set forth in the chapter "Handling and Charging of the Battery".
    Inappropriate use includes use of the product for stunts, jumps and/or riding with more than one person.
    3. Over charging the battery or not adhering to the Battery Care Instructions (whether provided with sale or posted on the GenZe web site), and any amendments there to.
    4. In the case of test, maintenance, repair and replacement work due to normal use.
    5. If the model, serial or product number on GenZe product has been changed, deleted, blurred or removed. The seal and/or the serial number decal on the battery housing has been broken or obviously manipulated.
    6. In the case of use of the battery in systems that are not approved for such use with this particular product.
    7. In the case of the operation of the GenZe system with batteries other than the batteries designed for the GenZe system (refer to owner’s manual).
    8. If one or more than one GenZe part has been opened, altered or repainted.
    9. If GenZe concludes that there has been a case of modification or tampering with firmware.
    10. If the Product is sold, gifted, or rented.

    LABOR COST OF REPAIRS:
    The remedy under warranty is the repair or replacement of defective components and parts only. This warranty does not cover the required labor cost of repairs from non-authorized parties and GenZe reserves the right to withhold coverage of labor costs at its sole discretion.

    Green Bike – Electric Motion LLC warrants that all new Green Bike – Electric Motion LLC electric Bicycles and main components therein sold by an authorized Green Bike – Electric Motion LLC retailer are warranted to the original retail purchaser against manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase.

    This warranty pertains to any of the essential electric bicycle components that are found defective, provided that the product was used in a standard and controlled manner, and that it was maintained according to the manufacturer’s instruction manual. Essential components include the bicycle frame, electric motor, battery, display console and controller.

    If a defective part is found during the warranty period and the customer notifies us immediately, GreenBike will repair or replace the part based on their sole discretion. This warranty will be void if any repair or change is performed or has been performed by any third party aside from an authorized dealer or service center.

    It is expressly agreed that this warranty applies only to the cost of repair or replacement of the product and its accessories and the seller is not liable for any financial loss and / or prevention of profit and / or any consequential loss that may be caused by non-standard usage of the product. We hereby inform the buyer that Green Bike – Electric Motion LLC and Journey Bikes LLC are not responsible for any liability that may occur which could possibly apply to the product and / or its user due to the usage of the product and that the customer alone is solely responsible for third party insurance and / or other insurance as required by the nature of the particular product. The seller is not responsible for any possible damage including bodily harm and damage to property. The warranty does not apply if any part of the product is damaged as a result of negligence, an accident, or inadequate maintenance.

    As mentioned above this warranty does not apply to the tire, spokes, brakes, rims, and other mechanical components of the bicycle.

    Safety helmets are required while riding this product. It is not meant for children under 14 years of age. We require that the usage of this product adhere to local safety and legal regulations.

    GreenBike Return Policy:

    You can return your purchased item for a period of 14 days from the date of your purchase. In order to process a return, you must first email Journey Bikes LLC at info@journeybikes.com. Then you can email GreenBike at: office@GreenBikeElectric.com. You are solely responsible for returning the item to Green Bike – Electric Motion LLC at the mutually agreed upon return location determined when you process the return. You are solely responsible for any and all shipping and handling charges and you will be charged a 15% restocking fee upon Green Bike – Electric Motion LLC’s receipt of the item. Green Bike – Electric Motion will not issue a credit until it is in possession of the returned item.

    Green Bike – Electric Motion LLC will charge a client an additional 15% in case the return item is damaged by the client’s use and/or is not in the original package.

    Refunds will be issued within 2-3 weeks of the company’s receipt of the returned item. Most refunds are fully refunded within 5 days after we receive and process the client’s return.

    GreenBike USA Warranty & Return Policy

    GreenBike USA return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    There will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from your return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    GreenBike USA warranty includes 18 months on motor & battery, 12 months for controller and charger. This warranty is void in its entirety by any modification of the frame, fork, or components. This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective item, and said repair or replacement is the sole remedy of the warranty. This warranty extends from the date of purchase, is offered only to the original retail purchaser, and is not transferable. This warranty applies only to GreenBike USA bicycles purchased through an authorized dealer or distributor.

    • Normal wear and tear
    • Improper assembly

    3.1. Replace / Repair of damaged/defective unused products:
    If you have received a product that you believe is not working/ one of which's components are malfunctioning, please contact ECOMOTION via e-mail at warranty@ecomotionbikes.com and state the following details:​
    Name and phone number for contact.
    Description of the issues you are having with the product.
    Date of purchase.
    Date the product was received.
    You must also attach a photo of the damaged part/ of the problem.
    An invoice you have received at the time of purchase.
    A representative will call you to attempt to solve the problem and/or to schedule a replacement.
    3.1.1. In cases in which the damaged/defective component is replaceable, is not an integral part of the bicycle, according to our discretion, and its replacement does not require special technical knowledge, the replacement component will be sent to you and a representative will guide you through the process of the replacement by the phone.
    3.1.2. In cases in which the damaged/ defective component is irreplaceable and/or is an integral part of the bicycle, and/or its replacement requires special technical skills ( That is according to EcoMotion Bikes discretion only), our representative will coordinate a product replacement. In such cases the following guidelines apply:
    Product is to be returned unused, in substantially as good condition as you received it, in its original casing along with all the accompanying components.
    The collection and replacement of the defective product will be done by a representative of our company or by a carrier company.
    Customers will not be charged any collection fees or handling fees or any other fees.
    In cases in which the product has been sold out, the product will be repaired and return to the customer in substantially good condition as received by the company.
    ​3.2. Replace / Return of unused products:
    We allow for a return/ replacement of products that were not in use within 7 days from the day they were received

    Date of purchase.
    Date product was received.
    A copy of the invoice you received when purchasing the item.
    A Representative will contact you in order to coordinate the return/ replacement of the product.
    3.2.1. Return of preference Return of product requirements:
    3.2.1.1. Preference refunds are refunds for returns made for any reason that is not receipt of damaged/defective product.
    3.2.1.2. The product must by in substantially as good condition (not used) as you received it and should be returned in its original casing along with all the accompanying components.
    3.2.1.3. The return of the product is under the customer's responsibility only. The shipping/ delivery fees will be borne by the customer. Moreover, EcoMotion Bike will not hold responsible for any damage and / or loss and / or theft of products and/ or its parts etc. that occurs during shipping.
    3.2.1.4. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable for preference returns.
    3.2.1.5. All preference returns are subject to a 15% restocking and handling fees, which will be deducted from the refund.
    3.2.2. Replacement of Preference Return of products requirements:
    3.2.2.1. Preference replacements are replacements for returns made for any reason that is not receipt of damaged/defective product.
    3.2.2.2. The product must by in substantially as good condition (not used) as you received it and should be returned in its original casing along with all the accompanying components.
    3.2.2.3. The replacement of the product will be done by a carrier company that will collect and replace the product as soon as possible.
    3.2.2.4. The shipping/ delivery fees (of collection as well as the replacement of the product) will be borne by the customer, according to the rates of the carrier company. EcoMotion Bikes will not hold responsible for any damage and / or loss and / or theft of products and/ or its parts etc.
    3.2.2.5. An offsetting of fees through either deduction or additional fees could be required, in accordance with the price of the new product delivered as replacement.
    3.2.2.6. First time Preference Return Replacements will not be charged any handling or Restocking fees, in cases in which products are replaced more than once then clause 3.2.1.5 of this Terms and Conditions Policy shall apply.
    3.2.3. Products purchased through resellers or retailers will be governed by the terms and conditions of that reseller. No claims and/or demands shall be made towards EcoMotion Bikes regarding the policy of an external retailer.
    3.2.4. This entire clause shall be effective in cases in which customers have submitted a request for a refund or replacement of a product under Clause 2.2 of this Terms and Conditions Policy, but upon inspection where found to not be defective or damaged.

    ECOMOTION Warranty Policy:

    Journey Bikes is an authorized dealer of ECOMOTION Bicycles.

    Limited Warranty
    4.1. EcoMotion Bikes extends one-year warranty for all of the parts of its products (two-years for the frames & motors), subject to the following provisions:
    ​4.2. Warranty will be extended upon registration by the customer on our website that will include the uploading of the invoice, in order for the customer to be eligible for the warranty. This must be done within 24 hours from day of the purchasing of the product.
    4.2.1. Notice, if you have purchased the product on this website, we will register your product for you! Please email us at info@journeybikes.com with the following info:
    Name and phone number for contact.
    Order Number.
    Date of purchase.
    4.2.2. In case you have encountered difficulties registering please contact us at the e-mail info@journeybikes.com or call us at 727-474-1233.
    4.3. After you purchase your product and you wish to activate your warranty, please contact ECOMOTION at warranty@ecomotionbikes.com and make available the following information:
    Name and phone number for contact.
    Specification of the malfunction/ problem that requires activation of warranty.
    Date of purchase.
    Date product was received.
    An invoice of the purchase.
    A representative will contact you as soon as possible in order to diagnose the failure and provide you with a solution for your product.
    4.3.1.1. In cases in which you have requested the product to be collected and returned from repair be done by a carrier company, you shall be charged delivery fees for the collection and return of the product by the carrier company or directly by the company, according to the carrier company’s tariff.
    In such cases, the product should be packed within a sealed carton, preferably the original casing in which it was delivered (which is sized to fit the product). EcoMotion Bikes will not hold responsible for any damage and / or loss and / or theft of products and/ or other parts etc.
    4.3.1.2. In cases in which you have delivered the product for repair at our facilities (after prior coordination of such delivery with our representatives) no fees will be charged. However, customers should be advised that the repairs can take several days and may not be performed at the facility at the day of delivery.
    We guarantee repairs to take no longer than 5 business days from the time the product was received by us.
    4.3.2. Repairs within warranty will not require any fees, except delivery fees, in cases in which a carrier company was used.
    4.4. The Customer hereby waives all and any demands or claims towards EcoMotion Bikes, If the product was not registered on EcoMotion website.
    However, EcoMotion Bikes will inform all of its retailers and resellers that they must register the products at the time of the sale, and that the final customer will not be prevented from bringing forth claims or demands towards the retailers/ resellers if such retailers fail to do so.
    4.5. Warranty does not extend to damage/ defects caused by misuse of the product, or the ordinary or reasonable wear and tear of components (including but not limited to: tires, tubes or cables), as a result of negligence and/or accident and/or force major/ and/ or abuse, and/or neglect, and/or improper assembly by customer and/or failure to follow normal maintenance and/ or storage procedures.
    4.6. Warranty shall be voided in such cases in which the product was repaired by an uncertified person.
    4.7. Warranty shall be voided in such cases in which damage was caused by the removal or addition of parts not certified by the company and/or adding uncertified parts to the product.
    4.8. Warranty shall not be in effect and shall be voided if the product is use for any purpose other than the purpose of electric bicycles as defined by Chapter 568 of A.B. 1096. (CA state law)
    4.9. The battery or any other party of the product must not be disassembled and/or punctured! such actions are extremely dangerous and may lead to severe injury ! they shall also bring about the immediate voidance of warranty.
    4.10. The product must not be used in water.
    4.11. The product is meant for private use only; commercial use of the product shall void the warranty.
    4.12. We do not offer warranty extensions.
    4.13. This warranty is limited to the aforementioned replacement and repair, and is subject to our sole discretion of whether components should be repaired or replaced.
    4.14. Repairs outside the warranty shall be priced at the business rates of the businesses at which the product was purchased.

    Liability
    5.1. The customer shall hold EcoMotion Bikes and/or its owners and/or its employees and/or its representative and/or anyone acting on its behalf harmless for any damage and/or injury and/or loss and/or death due to misuse or negligent use of a product or due to force major and/or due to any other reason caused by the customer and/ or user/ and/ or third party and/ or affected the customer and/ or user and/ or third party.
    5.2. The sole and total liability for the use of the product is borne by the customer/user.
    5.3. The customer must maintain and follow all relevant vehicle code provisions as well as follow all traffic signs and signals, including the bikeway signs, markers, and traffic control devices established by the Department of Transportation.
    5.4. Products must not be used while under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol and/or any other mind altering substances.
    5.5. The use of products is subject to the applicable federal law and state law in which they are used.

    EMOJO BIKES

    EMOJO Bicycles Warranty & Return Policy:

    EMOJO Return Policy:

    1. Emojo Electric Bicycle Return Policy allows you to return your electric bicycle within 7 days from the date of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please consult the warranty terms for deeper information on when a return is applicable.
    2. Please request a Return and Exchange Authorization. (contact EMOJO Support for a REA form at info@emojobike.com ). Once the Return and Exchange Authorization is issued, we will email you an RAM number and return instructions. You must have the RAM number when shipping back returned electric bike.
    3. Ship-back charge:
    • If the unit was purchased under a free-shipping promotion there will not be refund for shipping fees however, the customer will bear the ship back expenses if the return is unrelated to quality, damages or wrong item but merely for a personal and discretional last-minute decision from the buyer.
    • If the return is accepted, Emojo will issue a pre paid shipping slip and schedule a pick up date, the shipping fees result of the return will be deducted from your total refund.
    • The returned unit must be in like-new condition, include all original packaging , accessories and documentation, any missing components may be deducted from the total refund . Any shipping damage during the ship-back may incur in a deduction from the total refund.
    • Returned units are subject to a 20% inspection and restocking fee from the original purchase price.
    • Refund will be issued in an average time frame of 2 -3 weeks after we receive, inspect and process the returned unit.

    EMOJO Warranty Policy:

    Returns are only allowed within 7 natural days of receiving the purchased vehicle and only if the manufacturer fails to solve any mechanical or technical problem related to manufacturing defect or severe shipping damages.

    If the return claim is valid the customer will receive a refund for the amount of the purchase price minus a repacking and restocking fee of 20%.

    For a claim related to shipping damages you must present pictures of the damaged product at the time of the delivery. Please request a Return and Exchange and Authorization. (Contact customer support for a REA form).

    Once the return and exchange authorization is issued we will email you a RAM number and return instructions. You must have the REA number when shipping back the returned unit.

    To make a warranty claim always keep handy the vehicle model, date of purchase, vehicle serial number as well as information from the retailer where you purchased the vehicle from.

    The warranty is limited to the terms listed below:

    • Frame, Suspension, Motor: 1 year for parts. 3 months for labor.
    • Controller, Charger: 1 year for parts.
    • Battery: Warranty on the battery starts the date of purchase of the vehicle as new. The battery is sealed and cannot be opened or fixed. The battery should not have a percentage of nominal charge retention of 60% or less. Misuse of the battery, negligence or attempt to open or repair it will void the warranty.
    • General: The bicycle is backed up by a 1-year main warranty, certain components listed on this chart or consumables may be subject to a different period of coverage or not included in this warranty.
    • Consumables: Components subject to wear are not covered by the warranty: Tires, inner tubes, brake lines, brake pads, basket, wheel lining tape, light bulbs, LEDS, fuses, etc.

    If the warranty is void for any reason the customer shall bear any repair or replacement costs resulting from vehicle misuse, negligence or abuse.

    Always follow care and preventive maintenance procedures.
    Always keep receipts from any services performed to the vehicle by an authorized distributor or service center.

    The warranty will be voided by any of the following circumstances:

    1. Failure to follow all directions or recommendations listed in the user manual.
    2. Cycling collision, accident or vehicle damage caused by careless parking
    3. Acts in violation of laws
    4. Never registered your ebike
    5. DIY repairs on electronics
    6. Abusive use the bicycle in off-road terrain, mud, snow, water, sand, gravel and water
    7. If the bicycle is used as rental unit
    8. Damages caused by natural disasters such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, flooding and other hazards .
    9. Rust and/or paint fading caused to heavy exposure to rain, hail, snow or direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time.
    10. Overloading beyond recommended capacity .
    11. Damages caused by nails, needles, broken glass , debris , sharp rocks or other foreign objects .
    12. If the bicycle is used but not limited to stunts, jumping from ramps, stairs or elevated ramps.
    13. If vehicle is used in competitions or racing.
    14. If vehicle has been modified for any purposes on the motor, electrical system, suspension frame, and battery.
    15. Use of other components not approved by the manufacturer.
    16. Damages resulted from improper care and handling.

    Due to the nature of the product some components must be exclusive from the manufacturer such as but not limited to the battery, motor, main gauge cluster, controllers, Led headlights, brake drums or disc rotors and pads etc. Other components such as tires, tubes, saddle, racks, baskets may be used from market-ready or compatible products previous approval from the retailer or manufacturer.

    BIKES LIMITED FRAME WARRANTY

    RANS Bikes would like to thank you for your support through the years.

    RANS Bikes, Inc. guarantees its bike frames against breakage if purchased after February 15, 2020, with a limited warranty for the first five years from the purchase date by the original owner (dated and legible bill of sale required) except under the following conditions:

    1. Damage resulting from neglect, non-factory modification, non-factory electric assist installation, frame overload (over 275 lbs. rider & cargo), improperly adjusted or poorly maintained bikes, bikes used in competition, bikes used commercially, or damage resulting from mistreatment or accidents.
    2. Damage due to improper assembly or repair.
    3. Flaws in the surface, aesthetics, or appearance of the bike, including, though not limited to: decals, anodizing, plating, painting or powder coat finishes; brazed-on parts; cable-stops, pump pegs, etc.
    4. Normal wear and tear.
    5. Damage resulting from rust or corrosion.
    6. Damage resulting from the installation of aftermarket items, including fairings, racks, kickstand or any other fixture to the bike not specifically sold by or authorized by RANS as acceptable for use with the specific model or model year of bike.
    7. Damage during shipping.

    BIKES LIMITED PARTS WARRANTY

    RANS Bicycles, Inc. guarantees all parts on all models of RANS Bikes for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase by the original owner, subject to the same conditions of the Limited Frame Warranty above.

    RANS BIKES Return Policy:

    Journey Bikes is an authorized dealer of RANS BIKES.

    Refund/Return Policy:

    Original sales receipt must accompany returns.

    We accept returns for exchange or refund 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 7 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

    • without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
    • within 7 calendar days of the delivery date (after 7 days no returns are allowed)
    • must not be a special order or a custom order
    • unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 7 days noted in that item's particular item description.

    If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.

    Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

    There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact us within 7 days if you intend to return ANY item sent from our store. Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us, will NOT be refunded.

    Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.

     

    RIDE1UP BIKES AND BOARDS

    RIDE1UP BIKES Warranty & Return Policy:

    Journey Bikes is an authorized dealer of RIDE1UP bicycles and Skateboards.

    Shipping/Refund Policy

    It is the responsibility of you the customer to VERIFY SHIPPING ADDRESS and delivery date. Ride1up and Journey Bikes LLC is not responsible for lost or missing packages delivered by the carrier. If the carrier cannot deliver the product to the address provided, you will be charged up to a $400 fee for the product to be resent or returned and restocked in our inventory. Ride1up and Journey Bikes LLC will deduct the fee from any potential return.

    We ship the products same or next business day when the item is in stock. We offer a 100% return policy and original shipping is free with the following exceptions.

    • Customer pays return shipping costs.
    • You the customer must ensure the product arrives safely without damage to the return shipping address.
    • The product arrives free from damage which may have occurred during or prior to shipment.
    • Orders may not be cancelled during shipment or once processed by our facility.

    30-day return policy. Within 30 days, if you are not satisfied with the bike for any reason, please contact our support team, info@journeybikes.com. We will provide you the correct address for return shipping if you have not damaged the bike, you will receive 100% refund. We do not charge a restocking fee, but we will deduct the cost of cleaning and repairing any aspects of the bike that were damaged of left dirty by the buyer returning the bike. Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Buyer is also responsible for safely packaging and returning the bike to us. If you have damaged or failed to safely package the bike, we will deduct the damages from the refund. We suggest keeping the original packing material and box until you are sure the bike is the right fit for you. This way you will be able to safely repackage and re-secure the bike for return shipping.

    Warranty Information (eBike)

    Each new Ride1UP electric bike comes with a limited manufacturer’s warranty for the original retail purchaser. This warranty provides each original retail purchaser of a Ride1UP eBike with a warranty against manufacturer’s defects only.

    Warranty claims only exist for initial faults that were already present at the time of handover. Ride1UP grants a 1-year guarantee for manufacturing defects only.

    If your product is shipped to you and arrives damaged, please contact us directly by phone or e-mail within 3 working days from the date of delivery. Please note that any damage caused by shipping is not covered by any warranty, however a claim may be filed with the shipping company and we will work together to resolve damaged goods on arrival. Minor scratches to components don’t necessitate replacement or any refund, but for major aesthetic damage a credit may be issued, or replacement sent if the item is functionally damaged. We will not cover any damage caused when owner sets up their own shipping option including using a freight forwarding or similar service.

    Ride1UP reserves the right to determine if the product has been operated in accordance with the products intended use and whether user error and or neglect is the cause for the product damage or failure. Ride1UP may require video and photographic submissions to review each warranty claim.

    This warranty shall be effective only if all the following conditions are met:

    • If the bike was purchased directly from Ride1up.com or one of our authorized retailers.
    • If you are the original and first owner of the bike (warranty is not transferable)
    • If the bike has followed all intended use purposes
    • If the electronics have not been repaired or modified.
    • If the bike was assembled or reviewed prior to use by a bike mechanic. Damages resulting from improper assembly are not covered by the warranty..
    • Rider and purchaser is 18 years of age or over and possesses the legal capacity and authority to purchase and ride an eBike.
    • The bike is ridden only on paved roads and trails. Using the bike for any other purpose may result in serious injury.
    • Maximum total weight of rider including any cargo is at all times below 275lbs.


    WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

    The warranty applies only to customers purchasing in the contiguous United States. No other party other than Ride1UP may change the terms. This WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE FOLLOWING:

    • Normal wear and tear from use or exposure to the elements.
    • Damage or failure from abuse, neglect, misuse, or accident.
    • Damage or failure from modification of any of the bikes systems.
    • Damage or failure of any part of the electrical system resulting from improper storage or charging of the battery. Improper charging of the battery could cause serious external damage to persons or property.
    • Installation of any 3rd party parts, accessories, or electrical components.
    • Lost or damaged keys to the bike are not covered by warranty.
    • All warranties are void if used for any purpose other than the reasonable intended use.

    How To Handle Warranty Claims

    Ride1UP will cover labor and parts within the 30-day period after purchase. Ride1UP's credit for labor is based on a standard fee schedule for bike repairs and could be higher or lower than the cost at your local bike shop. You must wait for Ride1UP to ship warrantied component rather than replacing on your own. Please allow 1-3 weeks for shipping replacement components. It is the owner’s responsibility to immediately inspect your bike on receipt, within 3 days. Freight claims are time sensitive. To quickly resolve the issue the owner must send an email with a photo and/or video if appropriate to support@ride1up.com and info@journeybikes.com. We will make any necessary repairs to remedy the situation.

    After 30-day free repair period Ride1UP will ship replacement parts within the year at no charge. The owner will be responsible for labor. Warranty parts will be shipped in the U.S. only at our cost. It will be necessary to send an email with a photo and or video as appropriate to info@journeybikes.com and support@ride1up.com so we can diagnose any issue.

    Ride 1up reserves the right to make judgement determinations of proper use based on the evidence provided and may require additional photos and or videos of the item or issue in question.

    Warranty Information (eSkate)

    Each new Ride1UP electric skateboard comes with a manufacturer’s limited warranty for the original retail purchaser. This warranty provides each original retail purchaser of a Ride1UP eSkateboard with a warranty against manufacturer’s defects.

    Ride1UP grants a 6-month guarantee for manufacturing defects resulting in the failure of the battery, trucks, remote, ESC, and electronics. The Ride1up eSkateboard is intended for use on paved roads only.

    If your product is shipped to you and arrives damaged, please contact us directly by phone or e-mail within 3 working days from the date of delivery. Please note that any damage caused by shipping is not covered by any warranty, however a claim may be filed with the shipping company.

    • Lost or damaged remote to the board is not covered by warranty.
    • All warranties are void if used for any purpose other than the reasonable intended use.

    X-TREME BICYCLES

    X-TREME Bicycles Warranty Policy:

    Journey Bikes is an authorized dealer of X-TREME Bicycles.

    Warranty (last updated 06/01/18)

    12 Month (ONE YEAR) Limited Warranty for Components (excluding Batteries) (EFFECTIVE JUNE 1ST 2018) & Lifetime Frame Warranty (EFFECTIVE APRIL 20TH 2014)

    X-Treme offers a standard ONE Year limited warranty against manufacturer defect and workmanship on bicycle & scooter components and a Lifetime frame warranty of all X-Treme Bicycles that are purchased directly from X-Treme or an X-Treme authorized Dealer.

     

    X-Treme bicycle frames are warrantied for the lifetime of the bicycle with the original purchaser.  This warranty is for the frame only.  X-Treme does not cover any labor charges for transfer of bicycle components from original frame to replacement frame.  Replacement frame may be from X-Treme scratch & dent stock.   Frame replacement is for manufacturer defect only.   This warranty excludes corrosion, paint fade or scratches, impact marks or damage, modifications by purchaser, misuse and act of God. 

     

    Original purchase receipt is required to establish proof of purchase and establish warranty start date.  Your warranty begins the day the bicycle is delivered to you or purchased from a storefront.  This warranty covers manufacturer defects and defaults only. All components are warrantied until the end of the Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty Period. If you receive your replacement part within the last month of the warranty, your replacement part will be warrantied for 30 Days from delivery of the replacement part.

     

    We may request some parts be returned for replacement. The cost to return those parts is the responsibility of the purchaser. We will pay for standard shipping service costs on the first & second warranty shipments to the purchaser. Any additional warranty parts will require the customer to pay all shipping costs.

     

    Your warranty will be void if any modifications are made to the original design of the bike. Warranty is non-transferable and we will NOT offer a warranty on any products purchased from second hand sellers, non-authorized Dealers, products that are purchased used or products that are purchased via outlet centers. X-Treme will, however, offer free lifetime technical support access on these products & if parts are needed those parts may be purchased direct from X-Treme.

     

    What is not covered by Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty?

    We do not cover normal wear and tear on any components.  Parts such as brake pads, spokes, hand grips, cables and housing, tires, tubes, and chains will not be warrantied unless defect or damage upon arrival.  

    We do not cover scratch, dents or other cosmetic damage not caused by X-Treme.

    We do not cover components that are compromised due to corrosion due to elements (moisture, water, heat, etc.)

    We do not cover defect or damaged parts from failure to follow instructions in owner’s manual, improper assembly, acts of God, misuse, neglect, improper storage, commercial use, alterations to the bikes original design or components, modifications with parts not sold by X-Treme, operator error resulting in accident, extreme or stunt riding, or improper maintenance & upkeep. 

    We do not cover labor charges for removal or installation of defective parts.   Warranty is for replacement parts only.

     

    12 Month (ONE YEAR) Battery Limited Warranty

    We offer a full ONE Year limited warranty on all bicycle batteries to the original purchaser.  Your battery is warranted for any manufacturer defect in material or workmanship. The battery will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Original proof of purchase is required to establish proof of purchase and warranty effective date.   Warranty begins the day the bicycle is delivered to you or purchased from a storefront.

     

    X-Treme requires that defective batteries be returned to us for repair or exchange. X-Treme does not pay the shipping fees to return the batteries to us however we will pay to ship the batteries back to you. 

    Battery Warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by improper care, charging and maintenance, using a charger not supplied by X-Treme, damage resulting from power surges or water damage.

     

    Wheel Truing

    If your bike arrives with a wheel out-of-true (not sufficiently straight or round) due to shipping damage or manufacturer defect we agree to reimburse you for the cost to get your wheel trued, not to exceed $40.00/wheel. All the below requirements MUST be met in order to qualify for this reimbursement:

    1.You must notify us within 5-days of receiving your bike.

    1. You must provide a video of the rim showing that the wheel is not true.
    2. The video must show the rim spinning, not just the tire.
    3. You must provide us with a receipt indicating that the wheel has been trued. 

    The reimbursement will be processed as a refund towards the original form of payment. If you purchased from one of our many national dealerships the refund will be processed to your dealer. The dealership will then be responsible for processing your reimbursement.

    SHIPPING DAMAGE

    Should your item arrive with damage that is a direct result of the assigned shipping carriers mishandling, we will replace those damaged parts free of charge under warranty as long as the damage is reported immediately after delivery and the necessary photos are provided (see below). In the event that the damage is determined to be extensive, (digital photos will be required by email), at X-Treme’s discretion and after careful consideration, we may arrange to have the item picked up and returned to X-Treme for free replacement. X-Treme will provide technical support via phone or through our Support Help Desk to assist customers with the replacement of parts but will not pay labor charges to install such parts.

    Required Photos for Damage Claim

    - A photo of the packaging material used inside box (e.g. bubble wrap, Styrofoam peanuts, cardboard dividers, etc.)

    - A close-up photo of the shipping label with tracking number (please zoom in enough to read the tracking number which usually begins with 1Z)

    - Two photos displaying all 6 sides of the package (1 photo should display the top and 2 sides, the 2nd photo should display the bottom and the opposite sides).

    Freight Deliveries

    Please inspect the item for any visible damages upon delivery as any damage must be noted on the delivery receipt in order to be eligible for damage claims. Do not refuse the shipment. Please notify our Customer Service Department immediately after delivery if damage has occurred.

We will not take back a bicycle if you find your laws do not permit your child to ride it. Check first.

    15 DAY RETURN POLICY (Satisfaction Guarantee)
    If during the first 15 days you choose to return merchandise purchased from X-Treme for a replacement/exchange or refund, please review the terms and conditions below.

    Return Terms and Conditions:
    Refunds will be for 100% of the entire purchase price including the original shipping costs. Once an order is placed, If you need to cancel your order for any reason, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order before your bicycle is shipped from the warehouse. If we are unable to cancel your shipment, you will need to follow the warranty and returns policy for your bike's brand after delivery of your product.

    Do not refuse shipment (AKA refuse delivery). If you refuse shipment, and have not received an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) from either Journeybikes.com or the manufacturer of your product prior to refusing shipment (aka refusing delivery), then the return policy will apply AND you will not be refunded for the original shipping costs. If a customer refuses shipment they will need to contact Journey Bikes immediately. In most cases, if a customer refuses shipment, they will need to wait until the package is returned to sender, inspected, and then will be refunded minus original shipping costs. Note: If your bike was shipped free, the original shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund.

    Extended Warranties purchased will be 100% refunded when a bicycle is returned for a refund; within the extended warranty period only.

    At the discretion of X-Treme, a restocking fee of 15% may be deducted from refunds for items returned in their original condition within 15 days of purchase including but not limited to unauthorized returns.

    Customer is responsible for returning merchandise at their own expense.

    Merchandise must be received in 100% new, re-sellable condition. Merchandise is not eligible for refund if it has been ridden, worn, used, abused or damaged in any way. Merchandise must arrive complete (including warranty cards, manuals, accessories, promotional items, etc.) and in the original packaging.

    Scratches & Minor Shipping Imperfections: If minor scratches or imperfections occur during shipping, X-Treme will provide touch up paint to resolve the matter. If customer wishes to return product due to minor scratches or imperfections caused during shipping, customer is responsible for returning merchandise at their own expense.

    Customer must initiate return shipment of the merchandise within 15 days of the purchase date.

    Preparing your product for Authorized RMA return shipment:
    1. Re-pack the merchandise securely in its original packaging, include the original contents of the box, warranty cards, manuals, accessories, promotional items, etc.
    2. Include a copy of your invoice.
    3. Include a copy of your RMA notice you received from us via our support department help desk.
    4. Clearly print your RMA # on the return shipping label on the outside of the box. For your protections we recommend all returns be sent via UPS, FedEx, DHL or other courier that issues a tracking number. We also recommend that the shipment is ensured. The customer is responsible for damage or loss during return shipping.
    *Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted.

    Signature Required Option:
    All E-bikes and cycles over $500 will be shipped using the signature required option which will guarantee the product must be signed for and it will NOT be left at the delivery address if the recipient is not available to sign for it. By placing your order with Journeybikes.com for an Electric Bicycle you agree to have the bicycle shipped with the signature required at time of delivery.

    It is the customer's responsibility to be present at the time of delivery. Customer may not be able to schedule a specific delivery date or time. If necessary, customer may have the option to schedule a pick-up at the shipper's pick-up location, but JourneyBikes.com cannot guarantee this option.

    JourneyBikes.com is not responsible for packages that have been left at the recipient’s door and consequently lost and/or stolen OR packages that have been returned to sender due to unsuccessful delivery attempt. For lost packages, we will file a lost claim with the carrier, however if they deny that claim we will not be able to make any reimbursements.

    If the package is returned to sender by the shipping provider due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, customer will have the option to have package re-shipped to their address and cost of shipping will be the customer's responsibility; or if customer does not wish to have the bike re-shipped to them, then they will be eligible for a refund minus the original shipping costs.

    EXTENDED WARRANTY OPTIONS:
    $74.95 - ONE Year Extended Warranty: This warranty begins the day after your original manufacturer warranty ends. We will warrant all components of your bicycle to be free of manufacturer defect and workmanship. Batteries warranty will be on a prorated basis, see chart below - refer to months 1 - 24. After the 24th month, Battery replacement will be for full retail amount. Replacement batteries and parts are warrantied until the end of the Extended Warranty Period. If you receive your replacement part within the last month of the warranty, your replacement part will be warrantied for 30 Days from delivery of the replacement part. Start month is when bicycle is delivered. Shipping & Handling is not included, beyond the original standard warranty period, and will be the responsibility of the customer. Warranty applies to original bicycle purchaser. Original receipt of purchase required.

    $149.95 - LIFETIME Extended Warranty: This warranty begins the day after your original manufacturer warranty ends. This warranty will last the ENTIRE life of the bicycle! We will warrant all components of your bicycle to be free of manufacturer defect and workmanship. Batteries warranty will be on a prorated basis, see chart below. Start month is when bicycle is delivered. Tires & Tubes are covered in this warranty! This means if you puncture your tube you are covered! Tires will be replaced when worn or due to manufacturer defect not to exceed one set per year. Tube replacement will remain at X-Treme’s discretion not to exceed sensible amount. Shipping & Handling is not included, beyond the original standard warranty, period and will be the responsibility of the customer. Warranty applies to original bicycle purchaser.     Limited Warranty & Return Policy

    Limited Warranty:
    Every QuietKat electric bike and electric trike include a one-year, 1000-mile limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship on its battery, controller and motor assembly. QuietKat frames come with a lifetime warranty.

    This warranty applies only to the original registered owner of the QuietKat and is not transferable.

    This limited warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, malfunctions, or failures due to abuse, neglect, improper repair, improper maintenance, alteration, modification, accidents, or other improper use.

    The one-year warranty on QuietKat’s lithium-ion batteries from the date of original purchase does not include damage from power surges, use of improper charger, improper maintenance or other such misuse, normal wear or water damage.

    If a component is deemed to be defective or damaged without user error or other improper use, QuietKat will assist in replacing that part. This includes any parts deemed to have been damaged in shipping. We will not replace any part deemed to be damaged by the user.

    In the case of a repair or parts replacement under warranty, we will work with the owner to find a local certified bicycle repair shop to make the necessary fix. QuietKat will also cover the associated repair labor fees, only if the scope of service is agreed upon prior to the fix. The owner may also return the unit to QuietKat to make the needed repairs, but will be responsible for shipping costs each way.

    WARRANTY CLAIMS: 

    All claims to this warranty must be made through QuietKat, Inc., and can be submitted to support@quietkat.com Proof of the original purchase may be required with any warranty request. Before making a claim, please contact the service department at support@quietkat.com as there may be a simple fix for the problem. Valid warranty claims will be processed within one year of the initial purchase.

    SHIPPING DAMAGE CLAIMS: 

    Upon delivery, immediately inspect your products for damage. Freight damage claims are extremely time sensitive, and we will not accept freight damage claims later than 3 business days from delivery. Note any damage to your products on the Bill of Lading before you and the delivery driver sign-off on the shipment. Take photos of any damage that is found and date the images when possible. Report shipping damage claims within 3 business days of delivery to QuietKat, Inc. at 970-328-2399 or support@quietkat.com. Do not refuse shipment for damage to the bike box as the components will most likely not have damage. If you refuse shipment, your order will be treated as a return and the returns policies will apply.

    Return Policy:

    QuietKat stands behind the quality of their e-bikes and wants to ensure you get the right one for your specific lifestyle and riding conditions.

    If the QuietKat e-bike you purchased does not meet or exceed your expectations, contact our customer service team to see if you are eligible for a return. Journey Bikes will only authorize the return if you are within 3 days of delivery and if the e-bike has less than 10 miles on its digital odometer, is still in “new” condition, and is packaged in its original materials and box with all components included.

    WHAT’S NEW CONDITION? In order to be considered in “new condition” the e-bike must be completely free from damage, dirt, dust, scratches, etc. and have less than 10 miles on the odometer.

    WHEN DO I GET MY REFUND? Refunds will be only be completed after the bike is received and inspected by the customer service team. The inspection process will typically take up to a week after the bike is received at our warehouse. Once the inspection is completed and approved, refunds will typically be processed in about 1-2 business days.

    I THREW AWAY THE BOX AND PACKAGING, HOW DO I RETURN IT?

    We strongly recommend you keep all packaging materials in good condition. If you don’t happen to have your original packaging, please reach out to the customer service team to have a new box shipped to you for a fee.

    CAN I BUY 7 BIKES, THEN RETURN WHAT I DON’T WANT?

    No, each customer is only eligible for two returns within one calendar year.

    MY BIKE WAS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING

    If your e-bike was damaged during shipping, please document the damage by taking pictures of the bike and the box, then reach out to our customer service team and they will work with you to find the best solution. Do not refuse shipment.

    I PURCHASED AN E-BIKE, RETURNED IT, THEN CHANGED MY MIND AND RE-PURCHASED. DO I QUALIFY?

    No, you are not eligible to return a bike that you have previously returned.

    Journey Bikes will accept the return or cancellation of an order under the following conditions:

    • Items that are purchased and cancelled before shipping are subject to a 15% processing fee.
    • Items that are shipped may be returned within 3 days if there are fewer than 10 miles on the odometer. Those returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee on the purchase price, as well as return shipping fees. A 1% fee is added for every mile over 10 miles. The original shipping charges are non-refundable.
    • QuietKat / Journey Bikes will not accept the returns of products after 3 days.
    • In the event of a product return, QuietKat / Journey Bikes will not accept the return of promotional items associated with that sale. The MSRP value of the promotional items will be deducted from the refund.
    • Before a return is made, the customer must receive written approval of the return and a Return Authorization Number from QuietKat, Inc. or Journey Bikes LLC. If a customer sends a return without the written consent of the company, a refund will not be issued. The customer who sends a unit back without consent will be responsible for shipping costs back to them, or will sacrifice the item. Once a return is approved by QuietKat, Inc., or Journey Bikes LLC you may receive an exchange, company credit or a refund. Please contact customer service to learn where to address your return to.
    • All purchases made through authorized QuietKat retailers are subject to the dealer’s return and refund policies. QuietKat does not accept direct returns of products sold through authorized retailers. All products sold through dealers must be returned to the original seller.

THE WARRANTY SHALL NOT APPLY TO NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR OR FAILURE TO ADHERE TO THE PRODUCT INSTRUCTIONS.       At Powermax Ebike offers some of the longest warranties offered by any Ebike Manufacturer. You can shop with confidence knowing that your Ebike is protected by their extended warranties and they are standing behind their product.

      These are the extended warranties that you will receive with your purchase:

      Frame: 3 years
      Motor: 2 years
      Battery: 18 months
      All other parts: 12 months

      YOU MAY RETURN YOUR PURCHASE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY FOR A FULL REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE, MINUS THE RETURN SHIPPING AND HANDLING AND A RESTOCKING FEE OF 15%-25% BASED ON THE CONDITION OF THE RETURNED ITEM.

      IF THE ELECTRIC BICYCLE IS IN NON-WORKING CONDITION UPON DELIVERY, CUSTOMER MAY RETURN THE ELECTRIC BICYCLE AFTER 2 FAILED ATTEMPTS OF THE MANUFACTURER TO RESOLVE THE SITUATION AND GET THE ELECTRIC BICYCLE IN WORKING CONDITION VIA THE WARRANTY POLICY.       Returns will not be accepted without a completed Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form which will require photos/videos and documentation. Once you have completed and submitted the R.M.A form, you will receive a confirmation email within 3 business days. You will then receive a return label with a R.M.A number and shipping label. You must return the merchandise within 5 business days of receiving the R.M.A. It is your financial responsibility to return the item to the address specified.

      Shipping collect and COD packages will not be accepted.

      If you do not have the original packaging, manuals, or the item is slightly used we will not accept the merchandise; you will be subject to the restocking fee that is based on the condition. We do not accept any return bicycle that has any sustained damages while in the customers possession.

      *15% restocking fee is applied to new, unused vehicles.

      * 20-25% restocking fee may be applied according to the condition of used vehicles.

      *This guarantee will not warrant returns on items that are damaged, have had alterations of any kind, or have been used or maintained in a way that is not recommended by the manufacturer.

      * If you have received your vehicle for more than 14 calendar days and it has been in use, you will not be eligible for return, refund or replacement. You can send the vehicle or parts to the manufacturer at your own expense; the manufacturer will repair it and send it back to you at your cost.

      * Shipping expenses are neither refundable nor reimbursed for any reason. This includes all freight charges: the first shipment and return. Original freight expense will be deducted from your refund.

      1 year limited warranty. The warranty covers all factory issues concerning mechanical and electrical problems that might occur. If there is a problem due to manufacturer defect, RIO MOBILITY covers all shipping, parts and labor cost that are incurred.

      30 day money back guarantee. Refunds will be given after product is returned in original condition and within the 30 day window from time of receipt. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. No refunds are permitted after 30 days from receipt of delivery.

      Journey Bikes is an authorized dealer of AOSTIRMOTOR products.

      1 year limited warranty. The warranty covers all factory issues concerning mechanical and electrical problems that might occur. If there is a problem due to manufacturer defect, AOSTIRMOTOR covers all shipping, parts and labor cost that are incurred. 

      We accept return requests submitted within 30 days of delivery
      Please contact us within 30 days. We will not accept return of bicycles without defective or damaged after 30 days.The ebike must have less than ten miles on the odometer, be free of any wear, dirt, dust, fragrance, or any other signs of use. And must be in the same packaging and condition that you receive it and must include all items that were inside the box (bike, charger, keys, kit, etc.).

      LIMITED WARRANTY AND POLICY ON REPLACEMENT PROCEDURES & RESPONSIBILITIES

      • All EUNORAU bikes are covered under our manufacturer's all-inclusive warranty for the original owner against all manufacturing defects.
      • Due to different production batches or improvements of Eunorau ebikes, different parts & accessories applied will be changed without prior notice. and we guarantees that equal or higher quality of the changed ones will be used for instead. so that difference parts & accessories can not use as the reason for quality return and/or after-sales service application.

      WARRANTY PERIOD AND TARGET AUDIENCE TERMS

      • The warranty would be registered automatically when the initial purchaser ordered it in the online shop. So the warranty is under the INITIAL PURCHASER and the warranty date would be started since the initial owner has received it.
      • As for the warranty transfer, the ebike transfer can only enjoy the warranty when the following two conditions are met at the same time:
        1. The under-warranty package hasn't expired since the initial owner has received it.
      • 2. You have the initial owner's name & the initial order number.
      • Warranty periods are subject to a 50% reduction for products utilized in rental applications.

      COVERED PRODUCTS

      • EUNORAU will replace any component that is deemed to be defective or damaged (including damage incurred during shipment) without user error. The warranty covers the listed products and follows the terms below:
      FRAMES: 
      • EUNORAU ebike frames are covered by a replacement warranty for 5 years base on frame production date.
      • This warranty includes a replacement frame only. Labor charges to changeover parts to replacement frames are not included. Changeover labor must be performed by an authorized EUNORAU.
      • EUNORAU reserves the right to use scratch and dent stock when replacing a frame under this warranty. Frame styles and/or colors not in stock may be replaced with a compatible style and/or color at the discretion of EUNORAU.
      • Frame issues that are excluded from this warranty include but are not limited to:
      1. Corrosion
      2. Paint fade, scratches, impact marks
      3. Impact damage
      4. Non-reversible modification (drilling/welding)
      5. Chain guard mount to the frame if applicable
      BATTERIES
      • EUNORAU batteries are covered by a 2-year prorated warranty.
      • At 85% and above, the capacity of battery is considered as a good health after 2 years of natural use.
      • During 2 years of service – A defective battery will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer. The warranty period for a repaired or replaced battery remains unchanged based on the original purchase date.
      • No cash reimbursement will be made.
      • No warranty for defects or damage caused by water ingress.
      • The forward & return freight that item ships to official maintaince & repair department is on your own expense.
      • Batteries can be assessed and found defective directly by EUNORAU only.
      • After the first year of service – A prorated credit, based on months of service, will be applied toward the purchase of a new battery (More detail, see below). Batteries purchased at pro-rated cost will have a new one-year warranty based on the pro-rated purchase date.
      1. Within 6 months -20%*sale price credit
      2. Within 12 months -10%*sale price credit
      3. Beyond 12 months -6%*sale price credit

        • In addition, with respect to the battery, this Limited Warranty does not cover defects or damages:
        1. Caused by charging by a battery charger not intended or appropriate for use with the Battery or the improper use of a battery charger.
        2. Where any of the seals on the battery are broken or show evidence of tampering.
        3. Where the Battery has been used in equipment other than the bike for which it is specified.
        OTHER PARTS & COMPONENTS:

        Original other EUNORAU parts & components are covered by limited warranty, as following:

        1. 12 months: Mid-drive/Hub motor, Fork, Headset, Battery Base, Display, Controller, Pedal Sensor, Speed Sensor, Throttle, Motor Switch, Charger, Brake Lever, Dual Battery Converter, Programmer, Rear Shock, Rim, Bottom Bracket, Crankset, Disc Brake Caliper, Handlebar, Stem, Seat Post, Seat Post QR.
        2. * Note: the forward & return freight that the motor ships to official maintaince & repair department is on your own expense.
        3. 6 months: Pedal, Chain, Kickstand, Rear Derailleur, Derailleur Hanger, Front Light, Rear Light, Shifting Lever, Saddle Bag, Tailgate Pad.
        4. 3 months: Spoke, Cable & Wire.

        NOT COVERED PRODUCTS:

        • No warranty other than shipping damage.
        • Ordinary wear and tear not the result of defects in workmanship or materials. Wear and tear can be assessed by EUNORAU. Parts not typically covered include but are not limited to:

        3. Key
        4. Fender
        5. Rear Rack
        6. Basket
        7. Bell
        8. Saddle
        9. Grip
        10. Brake Pad
        11. Brake Rotor
        12. Chain Guide
        13. Tire

        17. Frame Hinge
        18. Free Tool Kit
        19. Free Accessories
        20. Free Gift
        21. Others
        • Parts compromised due to corrosion due to the elements (moisture, heat, etc).
        • Damage or deterioration of the surface finish, appearance, or aesthetics of the product.
        • Labor charges for part replacement or changeover.
        • Defects or damage resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, abnormal use (including but not limited to stunt riding, racing, or other similar activities not consistent with the intended use of the Products), improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquid, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect, or abnormal physical, electrical or electromechanical stress.
        • Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage not caused by EUNORAU.
        • The product that has the serial number or the bar code removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or made illegible.
        • Defects or damage to the Products caused by the use of accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by EUNORAU with the Products.
        • Defects or damage caused by man-made damage, self-modification, improper assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair, or adjustment in a manner that varies from Assembly Instructions & Owners Manual.
        • Defects or damage caused by artificially installed accessories that do not match the vehicle, so that the original accessories and other accessories are damaged, or errors cannot be technically identified and analyzed.
        • Defects or damage resulting from external causes, such as collision, fire, flooding, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuse, or improper use of any electrical source.

        TWO YEAR EXTENDED WARRANTY

        The warranty items covered by this paid service include Display, Controller, Battery, and Motor.

        Warranty Claims

        All claims to this warranty must be made through EUNORAU. and submitted to service001@ebikerepairfactory.com. Proofs of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged product are required with any warranty request. Before making a warranty claim, we suggest that you contact us at service001@ebikerepairfactory.com as there may be a simple fix for your problem. Valid warranty claims will be processed through EUNORAU within above specific period of initial purchase.
        EUNORAU will not replace any part without first seeing photos or video of the damaged product. Customers need to provide us with evidences by email.

        Shipping Damage Claims

        In rare instances, the item received may be damaged during transportation. If shipping damage occurs, please contact service001@ebikerepairfactory.com and provide us with photo or video proof. Moreover, all free accessories will not participate in the replacement or compensation if they cause scratches during transportation.
        NOTE: we will not accept Shipping Damage Claims later than 7 days from receipt of products. REPAIR SERVICE for offline bicycle store, EUNORAU will only provide free replacement parts. We do not reimburse any labor costs produced in the repair service.

        JOURNEY BIKES GENERAL RETURN POLICY

        Our General Return Policy applies to any bicycle brand not listed on this page.

        We cannot be responsible for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection and cannot accept returns or exchanges on that basis. Therefore, please review the bike sizing instruction page and review all bike specs before placing your order with Journey Bikes. Actual colors of the bicycle may vary slightly from the photos due to different monitor settings/calibrations. We cannot guarantee every computer monitor will accurately depict the actual color of the bicycle. 

        We are not liable for merchandise that does not reach our return department. Every return must include your Original sales receipt, Order ID or Order Number, Last Name, Item Being Returned, and the Reason for the Return. We accept returns for exchange or refund 5 calendar days after delivery of the product. All returned items must be in unused, brand new condition. Beyond the first 5 days of receiving your order, all products are non-refundable, non-returnable, non-exchangeable. If a returned item is received by the manufacturer damaged due to negligent packaging or re-packaging by the customer, we will be unable to issue a refund. You must contact us before shipping back your bicycle for a return. Contact us at info@journeybikes.com.

        Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs if seller is not at fault. If your bike was shipped free, then the original shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. There is a 25% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. If buyer refuses replacement parts and/or tech support/assistance then the Journey Bikes general return policy will apply.

        We process our exchanges as new orders. In order to make an exchange, follow the steps of returning an item. Once we receive the item and credit your account accordingly, simply place a new order online or by phone, for the item you wanted to exchange for.

Some states may have laws restricting the use of these items (specifically electric bicycles) on public streets, generally all states allow them on private property such as campgrounds, parks etc....but many states have age requirements and most states require helmets and protective equipment to be worn by certain age children. Please always bike safely. Know your laws before you go biking. We will not take back a bicycle if you find your laws do not permit your child to ride it. Check first.
