I love this bike.. I’m three years in with it and I ride year round in Michigan. One day I got caught in a rain storm about seven miles from home. Through the pouring rain and splashing through puddles this bike got me home with no problem. It was actually kind of fun.

This is an excellent bike. I really like that the pedal assist and the throttle are dependent of each other. It’s a nice and comfortable ride, if the bike is set up correctly. The video on this page shows how NOT to assemble the bike, the person installs the handlebar stem (the part the handlebars attach to) BACKWARDS, which is why the bars are so wonky looking in the video and why he couldn’t mount the basket correctly. A person who obviously has no experience with a bike should not be doing assembly videos. For safety, give Thais video a thumbs down if you watch it. There are other videos that correctly show how to assemble this bike.
Great bike, well made. Looks really good, easy to ride. Assembly directions were not the best, but there was plenty of videos on the web to watch.
