X-Treme Rubicon 48V 500W Mountain E-Bike

I purchased this bike as a replacement to a Giant mountain bike that I had for about 10 years. I was a little worried about purchasing a bike on line as well as the whole ebike shame vibe from other riders.
Journey bikes made the purchase a breeze.
Everyone of my biking friends that has tried the bike has been impressed with the value of my x treme mountain bike.
I have about 400 miles on my bike and have had zero problems. The way I use the bike I have averaged about 250 miles per charge. The top speed on level ground that I have seen is 22mph.
Is this like riding a 5 to 6000 dollar mountain bike? No, but what bang for your buck at this price point.

I put it together myself, against my better judgement, but it came out fine. It just took longer than I thought it would.
Let me say right now this thing far exceeded my expectations. It hauls a$$.
I'm 250 lbs and on flat ground I can go 22 mph without pedaling. But it will wear your battery out quicker.
When I go for a longer ride, I go easy on the assist level keeping it at 1 or 2.
I can go 30 miles on a charge. But, if I am in a hilly area punching it, I only go around 10-15 miles.
I love this thing. I have over 320 miles in a month. It is really fun to drive and in a beach community it is perfect to run around.
Owner was chatting online with me making the decision easy.

I wasn't sure whether to pick the Rubicon or sedona, both had similar features, but I went with this, I love it! I have a 10 mile trip each way to work and I have plenty of juice left each day. Super fast, I really love this bike, thanks!

Really nice design, handles comparable to my mountain bike, suprising for an ebike, once you try an ebike it is hard to go back!
