To all X-Treme Bikes Customers,
Thank you so much for your continued patience! The shipping mess that originated with the Suez Canal mishap is still causing cascading delays for pretty much all e-bike brands. You will notice that getting an e-bike from anywhere is tough right now!
X-Treme has been doing their absolute best to get us up to date information despite the unprecedented shipping issues and we promise to continue to give you updates as we receive them.

48v Laguna Beach Cruiser: for customers who ordered Laguna Beach cruisers, we will be reaching out to you directly by phone to speak about alternatives since this latest update is far outside of our expectations and we want to see what we can do to potentially switch to an alternative e-bike or cancel/refund your order since the delay is so extreme (no pun intended).
